Wardogs Video Contest (UK and Republic of Ireland)

Official Rules

These official rules are intended for entrants who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.

A COPY OF THE WARDOGS GAME IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CREATE AN ENTRY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND BEYOND THE GAME ITSELF IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT BEYOND THE GAME ITSELF WILL INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST; WINNERS WILL BE JUDGED ON THE QUALITY OF THEIR VIDEO ENTRY BASED ON SET CRITERIA. ENTRANTS’ ODDS OF WINNING ARE DEPENDENT ON THE NUMBER OF VALID ENTRIES, THE SCORES THAT THEIR ENTRY ACHIEVES AND THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF THE JUDGING PANEL. THERE IS NO ELEMENT OF CHANCE IN THE DETERMINATION OF WINNERS; THIS CONTEST IS NOT SUBJECT TO PERMIT OR LICENSE IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.

1. Eligibility: The Wardogs Video Contest (the “Contest”) is intended for viewing and participation in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, Spain, Netherlands, Argentina, Czech Republic, Sweden, Ireland, and Austria. Please do not enter if you are not a legal resident of this Eligibility Area. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and territorial laws and regulations. The Contest is open to legal residents of the Eligibility Area who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence at the time of entry (Entrants must be 18 or over in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland). Entries outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law are void. Employees of Team17 Digital Limited (the “Promoter”), its agencies, contractors and other associated parties, as well as their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period: The contest opens at 7pm BST (UK time) 3 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST (UK time) 8 October 2026.

3. A copy of the Wardogs game is required. Internet access and the means to capture video are required to enter.

4. To enter: During the Contest Period, Entrants must:

Create and share a Wardogs video clip on X, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram including the hashtag #Wardogs100k and tag @wardogs on the relevant platform. Videos may have a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
Visit the URL https://wardogs100k.com and complete the entry form, which will require Entrants to provide their personal details and the URL of their uploaded edit. Entrants must submit the completed entry form before the close of the Contest Period.
Video clips may be unedited gameplay footage or a gameplay edit.
Your entry must be your own original work.

Your entry cannot have been selected as a winner in any other Contest.

If your entry contains any licensed material (e.g. assets) you must have obtained all consents, approvals, or licences required for you to submit your entry.

Entrants warrant that their entry is their original work, has not been copied from others without permission or apparent rights, and does not violate the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any other person or entity.

Your entry may not contain, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion, any content that is obscene or offensive, violent, defamatory, disparaging or illegal, or that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or a particular political agenda, or that communicates messages that may reflect negatively on the goodwill of the Promoter or Wardogs.

Entrants may enter multiple times. Entrants may not enter duplicate entries. Each entry must be a unique video.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, garbled or otherwise not received for any reason.

5. Prize: One (1) grand prize and 100 runners up prizes are available to be won.

Grand prize (x1): $100,000 USD cash

Runners up prizes (x100): 100,000 units of Wardogs in-game currency

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No equivalent, redemption or substitution will be offered, except at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. In-game currency is non-exchangeable, cannot be purchased in-game, cannot be withdrawn from the game, and has no cash value. There is one single prize pool shared by all countries in the Eligibility Area, there are no individual prize pools per country. Any difference between a stated approximate value of the Prize and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Transaction fees, FX fees and currency fluctuations will not be compensated for, the $100,000 USD grand prize transfer will be made in USD (US dollar) to whatever receiving bank account is given and depending on the receiving account may be automatically exchanged into the bank’s default currency denomination. Runners up must have an active Wardogs account in good standing in order to receive in-game currency.

Approximate value of grand prize in EUR (based on approximate FX rate at the time of publication and subject to fluctuations): E86,300.

Approximate value of grand prize in GBP (based on approximate FX rate at the time of publication and subject to fluctuations): £74,100.

6. Winner selection: This is a skill-based contest.

Entries will be shortlisted by the Promoter (and 3rd parties if and where required), assessing the suitability and quality of entries that meet the entry requirements using the five criteria described below. 200 shortlisted entries will then be passed to a judging panel to score. Entries that do not meet the entry requirements will not be assessed and will be discarded.

A judging panel (including an independent judge), will score the 200 shortlisted entries using the criteria below, scoring each criterion out of 10 (for a final score out of 50).

Communication

Demonstrates interplay of teamwork e.g. communication, support, use of prox chat

Agency

Demonstrates unique player decision-making, the unexpected, and making something distinctive happen

Action

Demonstrates standout moments; be they skilful plays, explosive action, or mayhem

Creativity

Demonstrates uniqueness among the crowd; be it editing, idea and execution, or a unique approach to gameplay

Wardogs Factor

Combines the elements above in a way that uniquely personifies what Wardogs is

The top 100 highest scored entries by the judging panel (in the event that the 100th highest score is a tie, judges will determine by majority vote) will each receive a runners up prize, and the highest overall scored entry by the judging panel (in the event of a tied highest overall score, judges will determine by majority vote) will receive the grand prize. All prize allocations will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance, as described below.

Each potential Winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before being confirmed as a Winner. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, declines the Prize, or is otherwise unable to accept the Prize, the next eligible Entrant by score (or by majority vote in the event of a tied score or scores) will be selected, and will also be subject to verification.

In the event that fewer than 100 valid entries are received, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate runners up prizes to the total number of valid entries only.

Promoter’s decisions with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final, non-appealable and binding. No correspondence will be entered into except with the Winners.

7. Acceptance of the Prize: Each potential Winner will be contacted via the email address provided with their entry, with instructions on how to claim the Prize. The potential Winner must confirm that they accept the prize and may be required to execute and return (where lawful, and if and as required by the Promoter), a Licensing Release, Liability Release and a Publicity Release within three days of initial contact, or the Prize will be forfeited and (at the Promoter’s sole discretion) the Prize may be awarded to the next eligible Entrant. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a Prize, or the Promoter is unable to contact a potential Winner within three days, or in the event that a Prize notification is returned undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Promoter’s sole discretion, the Prize may be awarded to the next eligible Entrant. The potential Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification, proof of work relating to their entry, and proof of ownership of their entry. No communication from the Promoter constitutes notification of a win unless it expressly confirms the recipient as a verified Winner, and no Entrant has any right or entitlement to a Prize unless and until they are selected and confirmed as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

8. The Promoter and their agencies reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant they reasonably believe is attempting to fraudulently enter, cheat, or compromise the system either by technical means (e.g., scripting, automation or use of bots to submit entries), or by manipulation, forgery or duplication. Entrants may enter multiple times but may not submit duplicate entries.

9. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or otherwise not received for any reason, including as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any failure, outage or disruption of social media platforms or of https://wardogs100k.com. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. Personal Data: Unless prohibited or limited by law, the Entrant agrees that personal data shall be collected and processed by the Promoter (and/or its appointed administrator), stored on the Promoter’s database (and/or of its appointed administrator), and used for the administration of the Contest for the purpose of taking into consideration the participation to the Contest, the determination of the Winner(s) and the allocation and/or delivery of the Prize. The data controller is the Promoter (identified above). The legal basis for this processing is the Entrant’s participation in the Contest and acceptance of these Official Rules and, for any marketing communications, the Entrant’s consent. The data retention period is proportional to the purpose pursued by the processing, subject to legislative or regulatory provisions requiring the Promoter to maintain a different retention period. If Entrants have consented to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, Entrants may unsubscribe or opt out of those communications at any time. Entrants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and may withdraw consent to the processing of their data at any time, by sending an email to info@bulkhead.com. The relevant privacy notice can be viewed at https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering this Contest and must not supply any personal or contact details to any site or platform as part of this Contest.

11. The Promoter and together with any associated agencies, companies and contractors in the Contest will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Contest and/or accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Official Rules will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its fault or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Official Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including, without limitation, any failure, outage, or disruption of social media platforms, https://wardogs100k.com, their servers, or related systems.

14. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any Entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Official Rules or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

15. Entrants participate in the Contest at their own risk.

16. Except where prohibited or limited by law, the Winner consents to the Promoter’s and its agencies’ use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration. If local law requires express consent, such consent will be sought in writing.

17. Tax. The Prize is awarded gross, with no deduction or withholding by the Promoter. Each Winner is solely responsible for determining, declaring and paying any personal tax that may be due in respect of the acceptance, receipt or use of the Prize in their country and region of residence, and for complying with any related filing and payment obligations, if and as required, depending on the applicable rules and the individual circumstances of each Winner. Nothing in these Official Rules constitutes tax advice.

18. Winners list: The surnames and counties of the Winners can be obtained by sending a message to wardogs100k@bulkhead.com within three (3) months of the closing date of the Contest Period. Should Entrants wish to withdraw consent for their name and region to be included on any winners list, they must notify the Promoter before the closing date of the Contest Period. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the ASA or ASAI if requested.

19. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with X, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, or their parent companies.

20. If individual provisions of these Official Rules are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Official Rules shall remain unaffected.

21. Governing Law: Any issue arising from the application or interpretation of these Official Rules, or any matter not expressly provided for herein, shall be decided by the Promoter. Accordingly, any modification of the Contest shall not give rise to any compensation.

The parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute arising in connection with the implementation of these Official Rules.

United Kingdom residents: The Official Rules of this Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a continuing disagreement regarding the application or interpretation of these Official Rules, and failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in England and Wales in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights and protections, including the right of consumers resident in the United Kingdom to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they are resident.

Republic of Ireland residents: The Official Rules of this Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. In the event of a continuing disagreement regarding the application or interpretation of these Official Rules, and failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Ireland having jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights and protections.

2. Durée du Concours : Le Concours débute le 3 septembre 2026 à 19h00 BST (heure du Royaume-Uni) et prend fin le 8 octobre 2026 à 23h59 BST (heure du Royaume-Uni).

3. Un exemplaire du jeu Wardogs est nécessaire. Un accès à Internet ainsi qu’un moyen de capture vidéo sont nécessaires pour participer.

4. Modalités de participation : Pendant la Durée du Concours, les Participants doivent :

Créer et partager un clip vidéo Wardogs sur X, YouTube, TikTok ou Instagram en y incluant le hashtag #Wardogs100k et en identifiant @wardogs sur la plateforme concernée. Les vidéos ne peuvent excéder 2 minutes.
Se rendre à l’adresse https://wardogs100k.com et remplir le formulaire de participation, qui demandera aux Participants de fournir leurs coordonnées personnelles ainsi que l’URL du montage mis en ligne. Les Participants doivent soumettre le formulaire dûment rempli avant la fin de la Durée du Concours.
Les clips vidéo peuvent être des séquences de jeu brutes ou un montage de séquences de jeu.
Votre participation doit être votre propre œuvre originale.
Votre participation ne doit pas avoir été retenue comme gagnante dans un autre concours.
Si votre participation contient des éléments sous licence (par ex. des ressources graphiques ou sonores), vous devez avoir obtenu l’ensemble des consentements, autorisations ou licences nécessaires à sa soumission.
Les Participants garantissent que leur participation constitue leur œuvre originale, qu’elle n’a pas été copiée sur des tiers sans autorisation ni droit apparent, et qu’elle ne porte atteinte ni à la vie privée, ni aux droits de propriété intellectuelle, ni à aucun autre droit d’une autre personne ou entité.
Votre participation ne peut contenir, selon l’appréciation exclusive et absolue de l’Organisateur, aucun contenu obscène ou offensant, violent, diffamatoire, dénigrant ou illicite, ni faisant la promotion de l’alcool, de drogues illicites, du tabac ou d’un programme politique particulier, ni véhiculant de messages susceptibles de nuire à l’image de l’Organisateur ou de Wardogs.
Les Participants peuvent participer à plusieurs reprises. Les Participants ne peuvent pas soumettre de participations en double. Chaque participation doit être une vidéo unique.
L’Organisateur décline toute responsabilité concernant les participations incomplètes, tardives, perdues, mal acheminées, illisibles ou non reçues pour quelque raison que ce soit.

5. Lots : Un (1) grand prix et 100 prix de finaliste sont à gagner.

Grand prix (x1) : 100 000 USD en espèces

Prix de finaliste (x100) : 100 000 unités de monnaie virtuelle Wardogs

Le Lot est incessible et non échangeable. Aucun équivalent, remboursement ni remplacement ne sera proposé, sauf à l’appréciation exclusive et absolue de l’Organisateur. La monnaie virtuelle du jeu n’est pas échangeable, ne peut pas être achetée dans le jeu, ne peut pas être retirée du jeu et n’a aucune valeur monétaire. Il existe une dotation unique partagée par l’ensemble des pays du Territoire de Participation ; il n’existe pas de dotation distincte par pays. Aucune différence entre la valeur approximative annoncée du Lot et sa valeur réelle ne sera versée. Les frais de transaction, les frais de change et les fluctuations monétaires ne feront l’objet d’aucune compensation ; le virement du grand prix de 100 000 USD sera effectué en USD (dollars américains) sur le compte bancaire destinataire indiqué et pourra, selon ce compte, être automatiquement converti dans la devise par défaut de la banque. Les finalistes doivent disposer d’un compte Wardogs actif et en règle pour pouvoir recevoir la monnaie virtuelle.

Valeur approximative du grand prix en EUR (sur la base d’un taux de change approximatif à la date de publication et sous réserve de fluctuations) : 86 300 €.

6. Désignation des gagnants : Il s’agit d’un concours fondé sur l’habileté.

Les participations feront l’objet d’une présélection par l’Organisateur (et par des tiers si et lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire), qui évaluera la pertinence et la qualité des participations répondant aux conditions de participation au regard des cinq critères décrits ci-dessous. 200 participations présélectionnées seront ensuite transmises à un jury en vue de leur notation. Les participations ne répondant pas aux conditions de participation ne seront pas évaluées et seront écartées.

Un jury (comprenant un juré indépendant) notera les 200 participations présélectionnées selon les critères ci-dessous, en attribuant à chaque critère une note sur 10 (pour une note finale sur 50).

Communication

Met en évidence l’interaction propre au jeu d’équipe, par exemple la communication, l’entraide et l’utilisation du chat de proximité

Initiative

Met en évidence des choix de jeu singuliers, l’inattendu et la capacité à faire advenir quelque chose de marquant

Action

Met en évidence des moments spectaculaires, qu’il s’agisse de gestes techniques, d’action explosive ou de chaos

Créativité

Met en évidence ce qui distingue la participation de toutes les autres, qu’il s’agisse du montage, de l’idée et de son exécution, ou d’une approche originale du gameplay

Facteur Wardogs

Combine les éléments ci-dessus d’une manière qui incarne de façon unique l’esprit de Wardogs

Les 100 participations ayant obtenu les notes les plus élevées attribuées par le jury (en cas d’égalité à la 100e place, les jurés trancheront à la majorité des voix) recevront chacune un prix de finaliste, et la participation ayant obtenu la note globale la plus élevée attribuée par le jury (en cas d’égalité pour la note globale la plus élevée, les jurés trancheront à la majorité des voix) recevra le grand prix. Toutes les attributions de lots seront soumises à la vérification de l’éligibilité et du respect du présent Règlement, telle que décrite ci-dessous.

Chaque Gagnant potentiel fera l’objet d’une vérification de son éligibilité et du respect du présent Règlement avant d’être confirmé en qualité de Gagnant. S’il apparaît qu’un Gagnant potentiel ne remplit pas les conditions requises, ne respecte pas le présent Règlement, refuse le Lot ou se trouve dans l’impossibilité de l’accepter, le Participant éligible suivant selon la note obtenue (ou désigné à la majorité des voix en cas d’égalité de note ou de notes) sera sélectionné et fera également l’objet d’une vérification.

Si moins de 100 participations valides sont reçues, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de n’attribuer les prix de finaliste qu’à concurrence du nombre total de participations valides.

Les décisions de l’Organisateur relatives à tous les aspects du présent Concours sont définitives, sans appel et contraignantes. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée, sauf avec les Gagnants.

7. Acceptation du Lot : Chaque Gagnant potentiel sera contacté à l’adresse électronique fournie lors de sa participation, avec les instructions relatives à la réclamation du Lot. Le Gagnant potentiel doit confirmer qu’il accepte le lot et pourra être tenu de signer et de retourner (lorsque la loi le permet, et si et dans la mesure où l’Organisateur l’exige) une cession de droits de licence, une décharge de responsabilité et une autorisation d’utilisation à des fins publicitaires dans un délai de trois jours à compter du premier contact ; à défaut, le Lot sera perdu et pourra (à la seule discrétion de l’Organisateur) être attribué au Participant éligible suivant. S’il apparaît qu’un Gagnant potentiel ne remplit pas les conditions requises ou ne respecte pas le présent Règlement, s’il refuse d’accepter un Lot, si l’Organisateur ne parvient pas à joindre un Gagnant potentiel dans un délai de trois jours, ou si la notification du Lot revient sans avoir pu être remise, le Lot sera perdu et pourra, à la seule discrétion de l’Organisateur, être attribué au Participant éligible suivant. Le Gagnant potentiel pourra être tenu de fournir un justificatif d’identité, une preuve du travail réalisé au titre de sa participation ainsi qu’une preuve de la titularité de celle-ci. Aucune communication de l’Organisateur ne vaut notification de gain, sauf si elle confirme expressément son destinataire en qualité de Gagnant vérifié, et aucun Participant ne dispose d’un quelconque droit à un Lot tant qu’il n’a pas été sélectionné et confirmé en qualité de Gagnant conformément au présent Règlement.

8. L’Organisateur et ses agences se réservent le droit de disqualifier tout Participant dont ils estiment raisonnablement qu’il tente de participer frauduleusement, de tricher ou de compromettre le système, que ce soit par des moyens techniques (par ex. scripts, automatisation ou recours à des bots pour soumettre des participations) ou par manipulation, falsification ou duplication. Les Participants peuvent participer à plusieurs reprises mais ne peuvent pas soumettre de participations en double.

9. Aucune responsabilité n’est acceptée au titre des participations incomplètes, perdues, endommagées, retardées, mal acheminées ou non reçues pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris en raison d’une défaillance de réseau, de matériel informatique ou de logiciel de quelque nature que ce soit, ou de toute panne, interruption ou perturbation des plateformes de réseaux sociaux ou de https://wardogs100k.com. La preuve de l’envoi ne sera pas acceptée comme preuve de la réception.

10. Données personnelles : Sauf interdiction ou limitation légale, le Participant accepte que ses données personnelles soient collectées et traitées par l’Organisateur (et/ou par l’administrateur qu’il désigne), conservées dans la base de données de l’Organisateur (et/ou dans celle de son administrateur désigné) et utilisées pour la gestion du Concours, aux fins de la prise en compte de la participation au Concours, de la désignation du ou des Gagnants et de l’attribution et/ou de la remise du Lot. Le responsable du traitement est l’Organisateur (identifié ci-dessus). La base juridique de ce traitement est la participation du Participant au Concours et son acceptation du présent Règlement et, s’agissant des communications marketing, le consentement du Participant. La durée de conservation des données est proportionnée à la finalité poursuivie par le traitement, sous réserve des dispositions légales ou réglementaires imposant à l’Organisateur une durée de conservation différente. Si les Participants ont consenti à recevoir des communications marketing de l’Organisateur, ils peuvent s’en désabonner ou s’y opposer à tout moment. Les Participants peuvent exercer leurs droits d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement, d’opposition, de limitation du traitement et de portabilité des données, et peuvent retirer leur consentement au traitement de leurs données à tout moment, en adressant un courriel à info@bulkhead.com. La notice de confidentialité correspondante peut être consultée à l’adresse https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Il est interdit aux personnes âgées de moins de 18 ans de participer au présent Concours ; elles ne doivent communiquer aucune donnée personnelle ni coordonnée à un site ou à une plateforme dans le cadre de celui-ci.

11. L’Organisateur, conjointement avec les agences, sociétés et sous-traitants associés au Concours, ne saurait être tenu responsable de toute perte (y compris, sans limitation, les dommages indirects, spéciaux ou consécutifs ainsi que le manque à gagner), dépense ou préjudice subi (qu’il résulte ou non de la négligence d’une personne) en lien avec le présent Concours et/ou avec l’acceptation et/ou l’utilisation du Lot, à l’exception de toute responsabilité qui ne peut être exclue par la loi. Aucune disposition du présent Règlement n’exclut la responsabilité de l’Organisateur en cas de décès ou de dommage corporel causé par sa faute, ni aucune responsabilité qui ne peut être légalement exclue ou limitée en vertu du droit applicable.

12. Si le Concours ne peut se dérouler comme prévu pour des raisons incluant, sans s’y limiter, une manipulation, une intervention non autorisée, une fraude, une malhonnêteté, des défaillances techniques ou toute autre cause échappant au contrôle de l’Organisateur, qui altèrent ou affectent l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement du présent Concours, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de disqualifier toute personne qui altère le processus de participation ou ne respecte pas le présent Règlement et/ou d’annuler, de modifier ou de suspendre le Concours, ou encore d’invalider les participations concernées.

13. L’Organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable d’un manquement à ses obligations ni d’un retard dans leur exécution au titre du présent Règlement lorsque survient un acte, une omission, un événement ou une circonstance résultant (entre autres) de crises sanitaires mondiales ou régionales, de conditions météorologiques, d’incendie, d’inondation, de grève, d’ouragan, de conflit social, de guerre, d’activité terroriste, d’hostilités, de troubles politiques, d’émeutes, de troubles civils, d’épidémie, de pandémie, de famine, de fléau ou d’autres calamités naturelles, ainsi que de cas fortuits ou de force majeure, ou de toute autre circonstance échappant au contrôle raisonnable de l’Organisateur, y compris, sans limitation, toute panne, interruption ou perturbation des plateformes de réseaux sociaux, de https://wardogs100k.com, de leurs serveurs ou des systèmes associés.

14. L’Organisateur peut refuser d’attribuer un Lot en cas de fraude, de malhonnêteté, de manquement ou d’absence de droit d’un Participant au titre du présent Règlement, ou en réclamer la valeur si le Lot a déjà été attribué.

15. Les Participants prennent part au Concours à leurs propres risques.

16. Sauf interdiction ou limitation légale, le Gagnant consent à ce que l’Organisateur et ses agences utilisent ses nom, image, photographie, voix, propos et/ou ville et département de résidence à des fins de promotion, de publicité et de marketing, sur tout support, dans le monde entier, sans autre avis, paiement ni contrepartie. Si la loi locale exige un consentement exprès, celui-ci sera recueilli par écrit.

17. Fiscalité. Le Lot est attribué en montant brut, sans aucune déduction ni retenue à la source de la part de l’Organisateur. Chaque Gagnant est seul responsable de déterminer, de déclarer et d’acquitter tout impôt personnel éventuellement dû au titre de l’acceptation, de la réception ou de l’utilisation du Lot dans son pays et sa région de résidence, ainsi que de respecter les obligations déclaratives et de paiement y afférentes, le cas échéant, en fonction des règles applicables et de la situation individuelle de chaque Gagnant. Aucune disposition du présent Règlement ne constitue un conseil fiscal.

18. Liste des gagnants : Les noms des Gagnants peuvent être obtenus en adressant un message à wardogs100k@bulkhead.com dans un délai de trois (3) mois à compter de la date de clôture de la Durée du Concours. Si les Participants souhaitent retirer leur consentement à ce que leur nom et leur région figurent sur une liste de gagnants, ils doivent en informer l’Organisateur avant la date de clôture de la Durée du Concours. Sans préjudice de ce qui précède, l’Organisateur communiquera les informations relatives aux gagnants aux autorités nationales ou locales qui en feraient la demande.

19. Le présent Concours n’est en aucune manière parrainé, approuvé ou administré par X, YouTube, TikTok ou Instagram, ni par leurs sociétés mères, et n’est pas associé à ceux-ci.

20. Si certaines dispositions du présent Règlement sont ou deviennent nulles, la validité des autres dispositions du Règlement n’en sera pas affectée.

21. Droit applicable : Toute question relative à l’application ou à l’interprétation du présent Règlement, ainsi que tout point qui n’y serait pas expressément prévu, sera tranchée par l’Organisateur. En conséquence, aucune modification du Concours ne donnera lieu à une quelconque indemnisation.

Le présent Règlement est régi par le droit français et interprété conformément à celui-ci. Les parties s’efforceront de résoudre à l’amiable tout différend survenant en lien avec l’exécution du présent Règlement. En cas de désaccord persistant relatif à l’application ou à l’interprétation du présent Règlement, et à défaut de règlement amiable, tout litige sera soumis au tribunal français compétent conformément aux règles de compétence applicables, sans préjudice des protections impératives dont bénéficient les consommateurs en droit français, y compris en ce qui concerne la juridiction compétente.

Veranstalter: Veranstalter des Wardogs Video-Wettbewerbs (der „Wettbewerb“) ist Team17 Digital Limited, 3 Red Hall Avenue, Paragon Business Park, Wakefield, England, WF1 2UL.

1. Teilnahmeberechtigung: Der Wardogs Video-Wettbewerb ist für die Ansicht und Teilnahme in den Vereinigten Staaten, Deutschland, dem Vereinigten Königreich, Kanada, Frankreich, Australien, Spanien, den Niederlanden, Argentinien, der Tschechischen Republik, Schweden, Irland und Österreich bestimmt. Bitte nehmen Sie nicht teil, wenn Sie keinen rechtmäßigen Wohnsitz in diesem Teilnahmegebiet haben. Der Wettbewerb unterliegt sämtlichen anwendbaren bundes-, landes- und gebietsrechtlichen Gesetzen und Vorschriften. Der Wettbewerb steht Personen mit rechtmäßigem Wohnsitz im Teilnahmegebiet offen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme in ihrem Staat, ihrem Bundesland oder ihrem Gebiet des Wohnsitzes volljährig sind (in Deutschland und Österreich müssen Teilnehmer mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein). Beiträge von außerhalb des Teilnahmegebiets sowie Beiträge, deren Einreichung gesetzlich untersagt ist, sind ungültig. Mitarbeiter von Team17 Digital Limited (der „Veranstalter“), seiner Agenturen, Auftragnehmer und sonstiger verbundener Parteien sowie deren nahe Angehörige und im selben Haushalt lebende Personen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

2. Wettbewerbszeitraum: Der Wettbewerb beginnt am 3. September 2026 um 19:00 Uhr BST (britische Zeit) und endet am 8. Oktober 2026 um 23:59 Uhr BST (britische Zeit).

3. Ein Exemplar des Spiels Wardogs ist erforderlich. Für die Teilnahme sind ein Internetzugang sowie eine Möglichkeit zur Videoaufzeichnung erforderlich.

4. Teilnahme: Während des Wettbewerbszeitraums müssen Teilnehmer:

einen Wardogs-Videoclip auf X, YouTube, TikTok oder Instagram erstellen und teilen, dabei den Hashtag #Wardogs100k verwenden und @wardogs auf der jeweiligen Plattform markieren. Videos dürfen eine Länge von 2 Minuten nicht überschreiten;
die URL https://wardogs100k.com aufrufen und das Teilnahmeformular ausfüllen, in dem Teilnehmer ihre persönlichen Daten sowie die URL ihres hochgeladenen Beitrags angeben müssen. Teilnehmer müssen das vollständig ausgefüllte Formular vor Ende des Wettbewerbszeitraums absenden;
Videoclips können unbearbeitetes Spielmaterial oder ein Zusammenschnitt von Spielmaterial sein.
Ihr Beitrag muss Ihr eigenes Originalwerk sein.
Ihr Beitrag darf nicht bereits in einem anderen Wettbewerb als Gewinnerbeitrag ausgewählt worden sein.
Enthält Ihr Beitrag lizenziertes Material (z. B. Assets), müssen Sie sämtliche für die Einreichung erforderlichen Einwilligungen, Genehmigungen oder Lizenzen eingeholt haben.
Teilnehmer sichern zu, dass ihr Beitrag ihr Originalwerk ist, nicht ohne Erlaubnis oder ohne erkennbare Berechtigung von Dritten kopiert wurde und weder die Privatsphäre noch Rechte des geistigen Eigentums oder sonstige Rechte einer anderen Person oder Einrichtung verletzt.
Ihr Beitrag darf nach alleinigem und uneingeschränktem Ermessen des Veranstalters keine Inhalte enthalten, die obszön oder anstößig, gewalttätig, verleumderisch, herabwürdigend oder rechtswidrig sind, die Alkohol, illegale Drogen, Tabak oder eine bestimmte politische Agenda bewerben oder die Botschaften vermitteln, die sich nachteilig auf das Ansehen des Veranstalters oder von Wardogs auswirken können.
Teilnehmer können mehrfach teilnehmen. Teilnehmer dürfen keine doppelten Beiträge einreichen. Jeder Beitrag muss ein eigenständiges Video sein.
Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Beiträge, die unvollständig, verspätet, verloren gegangen, fehlgeleitet, unlesbar oder aus sonstigen Gründen nicht eingegangen sind.

5. Preise: Zu gewinnen gibt es einen (1) Hauptpreis und 100 Finalistenpreise.

Finalistenpreise (x100): 100.000 Einheiten der Wardogs-Spielwährung

Der Preis ist nicht übertragbar und nicht umtauschbar. Ein Gegenwert, eine Auszahlung oder ein Ersatz wird nicht angeboten, außer nach alleinigem und uneingeschränktem Ermessen des Veranstalters. Die Spielwährung ist nicht umtauschbar, kann nicht im Spiel erworben werden, kann nicht aus dem Spiel ausgezahlt werden und hat keinen Barwert. Es besteht ein einziger, von allen Ländern des Teilnahmegebiets gemeinsam genutzter Preispool; es gibt keine gesonderten Preispools je Land. Eine etwaige Differenz zwischen einem angegebenen ungefähren Wert des Preises und dem tatsächlichen Wert des Preises wird nicht ausgezahlt. Transaktionsgebühren, Wechselkursgebühren und Währungsschwankungen werden nicht ausgeglichen; die Überweisung des Hauptpreises in Höhe von 100.000 USD erfolgt in USD (US-Dollar) auf das jeweils angegebene Empfängerkonto und kann je nach Empfängerkonto automatisch in die Standardwährung der Bank umgerechnet werden. Finalisten müssen über ein aktives und ordnungsgemäß geführtes Wardogs-Konto verfügen, um die Spielwährung erhalten zu können.

Ungefährer Wert des Hauptpreises in EUR (auf Grundlage eines ungefähren Wechselkurses zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung und vorbehaltlich Schwankungen): 86.300 €.

6. Auswahl der Gewinner: Es handelt sich um einen leistungsbezogenen Wettbewerb.

Die Beiträge werden vom Veranstalter (sowie, sofern und soweit erforderlich, von Dritten) in eine Vorauswahl aufgenommen, wobei die Eignung und Qualität der Beiträge, die die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen erfüllen, anhand der fünf nachstehend beschriebenen Kriterien beurteilt wird. 200 vorausgewählte Beiträge werden anschließend zur Bewertung an eine Jury weitergeleitet. Beiträge, die die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen nicht erfüllen, werden nicht beurteilt und ausgeschieden.

Eine Jury (einschließlich eines unabhängigen Jurymitglieds) bewertet die 200 vorausgewählten Beiträge anhand der nachstehenden Kriterien und vergibt je Kriterium bis zu 10 Punkte (für eine Gesamtpunktzahl von bis zu 50 Punkten).

Die 100 von der Jury am höchsten bewerteten Beiträge (bei Punktgleichheit auf dem 100. Platz entscheidet die Jury durch Mehrheitsbeschluss) erhalten jeweils einen Finalistenpreis, und der von der Jury insgesamt am höchsten bewertete Beitrag (bei Punktgleichheit hinsichtlich der höchsten Gesamtpunktzahl entscheidet die Jury durch Mehrheitsbeschluss) erhält den Hauptpreis. Sämtliche Preisvergaben stehen unter dem Vorbehalt der nachstehend beschriebenen Überprüfung der Teilnahmeberechtigung und der Einhaltung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen.

Bei jedem potenziellen Gewinner werden die Teilnahmeberechtigung und die Einhaltung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen überprüft, bevor er als Gewinner bestätigt wird. Stellt sich heraus, dass ein potenzieller Gewinner nicht teilnahmeberechtigt ist, diese Teilnahmebedingungen nicht einhält, den Preis ablehnt oder den Preis aus sonstigen Gründen nicht annehmen kann, wird der nächste teilnahmeberechtigte Teilnehmer nach Punktzahl (oder bei Punktgleichheit der nach Mehrheitsbeschluss bestimmte Teilnehmer) ausgewählt, der ebenfalls überprüft wird.

Sollten weniger als 100 gültige Beiträge eingehen, behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, Finalistenpreise nur in Höhe der Gesamtzahl der gültigen Beiträge zu vergeben.

Die Entscheidungen des Veranstalters in Bezug auf sämtliche Aspekte dieses Wettbewerbs sind endgültig, unanfechtbar und verbindlich. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen; Schriftwechsel wird ausschließlich mit den Gewinnern geführt.

7. Annahme des Preises: Jeder potenzielle Gewinner wird über die mit seinem Beitrag angegebene E-Mail-Adresse kontaktiert und erhält Anweisungen zur Geltendmachung des Preises. Der potenzielle Gewinner muss bestätigen, dass er den Preis annimmt, und kann verpflichtet werden, innerhalb von drei Tagen nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme eine Lizenzerklärung, eine Haftungsfreistellung und eine Einwilligung zur werblichen Nutzung zu unterzeichnen und zurückzusenden (soweit rechtlich zulässig und sofern und soweit vom Veranstalter verlangt); andernfalls verfällt der Preis und kann (nach alleinigem Ermessen des Veranstalters) dem nächsten teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmer zugesprochen werden. Stellt sich heraus, dass ein potenzieller Gewinner nicht teilnahmeberechtigt ist oder diese Teilnahmebedingungen nicht einhält, lehnt er die Annahme eines Preises ab, kann der Veranstalter einen potenziellen Gewinner nicht innerhalb von drei Tagen erreichen oder wird eine Gewinnbenachrichtigung als unzustellbar zurückgesandt, so verfällt der Preis und kann nach alleinigem Ermessen des Veranstalters dem nächsten teilnahmeberechtigten Teilnehmer zugesprochen werden. Der potenzielle Gewinner kann aufgefordert werden, einen Identitätsnachweis, einen Nachweis der zu seinem Beitrag geleisteten Arbeit sowie einen Nachweis der Inhaberschaft an seinem Beitrag vorzulegen. Keine Mitteilung des Veranstalters stellt eine Gewinnbenachrichtigung dar, sofern sie den Empfänger nicht ausdrücklich als verifizierten Gewinner bestätigt; kein Teilnehmer hat einen Anspruch oder eine Berechtigung in Bezug auf einen Preis, solange er nicht gemäß diesen Teilnahmebedingungen ausgewählt und als Gewinner bestätigt worden ist.

8. Der Veranstalter und seine Agenturen behalten sich das Recht vor, jeden Teilnehmer auszuschließen, bei dem sie begründet annehmen, dass er versucht, betrügerisch teilzunehmen, zu täuschen oder das System zu beeinträchtigen, sei es durch technische Mittel (z. B. Skripte, Automatisierung oder den Einsatz von Bots zur Einreichung von Beiträgen) oder durch Manipulation, Fälschung oder Vervielfältigung. Teilnehmer können mehrfach teilnehmen, dürfen jedoch keine doppelten Beiträge einreichen.

9. Für Beiträge, die unvollständig, verloren gegangen, beschädigt, verzögert, fehlgeleitet oder aus sonstigen Gründen nicht eingegangen sind, wird keine Verantwortung übernommen, einschließlich infolge von Netzwerk-, Hardware- oder Softwarestörungen jeglicher Art oder von Ausfällen, Störungen oder Unterbrechungen der Social-Media-Plattformen oder von https://wardogs100k.com. Der Nachweis der Absendung gilt nicht als Nachweis des Zugangs.

10. Personenbezogene Daten: Soweit gesetzlich nicht untersagt oder eingeschränkt, erklärt sich der Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass personenbezogene Daten vom Veranstalter (und/oder von dem von ihm beauftragten Administrator) erhoben und verarbeitet, in der Datenbank des Veranstalters (und/oder der seines beauftragten Administrators) gespeichert und für die Durchführung des Wettbewerbs verwendet werden, und zwar zum Zweck der Berücksichtigung der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb, der Ermittlung des bzw. der Gewinner sowie der Zuteilung und/oder Übergabe des Preises. Verantwortlicher ist der Veranstalter (oben genannt). Rechtsgrundlage dieser Verarbeitung ist die Teilnahme des Teilnehmers am Wettbewerb und die Annahme dieser Teilnahmebedingungen sowie, für etwaige Marketingmitteilungen, die Einwilligung des Teilnehmers. Die Speicherdauer der Daten ist dem mit der Verarbeitung verfolgten Zweck angemessen, vorbehaltlich gesetzlicher oder aufsichtsrechtlicher Bestimmungen, die den Veranstalter zur Einhaltung einer abweichenden Speicherdauer verpflichten. Haben Teilnehmer in den Erhalt von Marketingmitteilungen des Veranstalters eingewilligt, können sie diese Mitteilungen jederzeit abbestellen oder ihnen widersprechen. Teilnehmer können ihre Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Widerspruch, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit ausüben und ihre Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung ihrer Daten jederzeit widerrufen, indem sie eine E-Mail an info@bulkhead.com senden. Personen unter 18 Jahren ist die Teilnahme an diesem Wettbewerb untersagt; sie dürfen im Rahmen dieses Wettbewerbs keinerlei personenbezogene Daten oder Kontaktdaten an eine Website oder Plattform übermitteln.

11. Der Veranstalter haftet gemeinsam mit etwaigen am Wettbewerb beteiligten verbundenen Agenturen, Unternehmen und Auftragnehmern nicht für Verluste (einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, mittelbarer Schäden, besonderer Schäden, Folgeschäden oder entgangenen Gewinns), Aufwendungen oder Schäden, die im Zusammenhang mit diesem Wettbewerb und/oder der Annahme und/oder Nutzung des Preises entstehen oder erlitten werden (unabhängig davon, ob sie auf der Fahrlässigkeit einer Person beruhen oder nicht), mit Ausnahme jeglicher Haftung, die gesetzlich nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann. Keine Bestimmung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen schließt die Haftung des Veranstalters für Tod oder Personenschäden aus, die auf sein Verschulden zurückzuführen sind, oder eine sonstige Haftung, die nach geltendem Recht nicht rechtswirksam ausgeschlossen oder beschränkt werden kann.

12. Kann der Wettbewerb nicht wie geplant durchgeführt werden, unter anderem aufgrund von Manipulationen, unbefugten Eingriffen, Betrug, Unredlichkeit, technischen Störungen oder sonstigen Ursachen außerhalb der Kontrolle des Veranstalters, die die Durchführung, Sicherheit, Fairness, Integrität oder den ordnungsgemäßen Ablauf dieses Wettbewerbs beeinträchtigen oder gefährden, behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, jede Person auszuschließen, die den Teilnahmeprozess manipuliert oder diese Teilnahmebedingungen nicht einhält, und/oder den Wettbewerb abzusagen, zu ändern oder auszusetzen oder betroffene Beiträge für ungültig zu erklären.

13. Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für die Nichterfüllung seiner Verpflichtungen oder eine verzögerte Erfüllung seiner Verpflichtungen aus diesen Teilnahmebedingungen, wenn eine Handlung, Unterlassung, ein Ereignis oder ein Umstand eintritt, der (unter anderem) durch globale oder regionale Gesundheitskrisen, Witterungsbedingungen, Brand, Überschwemmung, Streik, Wirbelsturm, Arbeitskampf, Krieg, terroristische Aktivitäten, Feindseligkeiten, politische Unruhen, Aufruhr, öffentliche Unruhen, Epidemien, Pandemien, Hungersnöte, Seuchen oder sonstige Naturkatastrophen sowie durch höhere Gewalt oder sonstige Umstände außerhalb der zumutbaren Kontrolle des Veranstalters verursacht wird, einschließlich, ohne Einschränkung, jeglicher Ausfälle, Störungen oder Unterbrechungen der Social-Media-Plattformen, von https://wardogs100k.com, ihrer Server oder zugehöriger Systeme.

14. Der Veranstalter kann die Vergabe eines Preises verweigern, wenn ein Teilnehmer betrügerisch oder unredlich handelt, gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen verstößt oder nach diesen nicht berechtigt ist, oder dessen Wert zurückfordern, sofern der Preis bereits vergeben wurde.

15. Die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko der Teilnehmer.

16. Soweit gesetzlich nicht untersagt oder eingeschränkt, willigt der Gewinner in die Nutzung seines Namens, seines Bildnisses, seiner Fotografie, seiner Stimme, seiner Äußerungen und/oder seines Wohnorts und Bundeslandes durch den Veranstalter und dessen Agenturen zu Promotions-, Werbe- und Marketingzwecken in allen Medien weltweit ein, ohne weitere Benachrichtigung, Zahlung oder Gegenleistung. Sofern das örtliche Recht eine ausdrückliche Einwilligung verlangt, wird diese schriftlich eingeholt.

17. Steuern. Der Preis wird brutto vergeben, ohne Abzug oder Einbehalt durch den Veranstalter. Jeder Gewinner ist allein dafür verantwortlich, etwaige persönliche Steuern zu ermitteln, zu erklären und zu entrichten, die im Zusammenhang mit der Annahme, dem Erhalt oder der Nutzung des Preises in seinem Wohnsitzland und seiner Wohnsitzregion anfallen können, sowie damit verbundene Melde- und Zahlungspflichten zu erfüllen, sofern und soweit dies nach den anwendbaren Vorschriften und den individuellen Verhältnissen des jeweiligen Gewinners erforderlich ist. Keine Bestimmung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen stellt eine Steuerberatung dar.

18. Gewinnerliste: Die Namen der Gewinner können durch eine Nachricht an wardogs100k@bulkhead.com innerhalb von drei (3) Monaten nach dem Enddatum des Wettbewerbszeitraums angefordert werden. Möchten Teilnehmer ihre Einwilligung in die Aufnahme ihres Namens und ihrer Region in eine Gewinnerliste widerrufen, müssen sie dies dem Veranstalter vor dem Enddatum des Wettbewerbszeitraums mitteilen. Unbeschadet dessen wird der Veranstalter nationalen oder örtlichen Behörden auf Anfrage Informationen zu den Gewinnern zur Verfügung stellen.

19. Dieser Wettbewerb wird in keiner Weise von X, YouTube, TikTok oder Instagram oder deren Muttergesellschaften gesponsert, unterstützt oder durchgeführt und steht in keiner Verbindung zu diesen.

20. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen davon unberührt.

21. Anwendbares Recht: Jede Frage, die sich aus der Anwendung oder Auslegung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ergibt, sowie jede darin nicht ausdrücklich geregelte Angelegenheit wird vom Veranstalter entschieden. Dementsprechend begründet eine Änderung des Wettbewerbs keinen Anspruch auf Entschädigung.

Teilnehmer mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland: Diese Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen deutschem Recht und sind nach diesem auszulegen. Die Parteien werden sich bemühen, jede im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen entstehende Streitigkeit einvernehmlich beizulegen. Besteht eine Meinungsverschiedenheit über die Anwendung oder Auslegung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen fort und kommt eine gütliche Einigung nicht zustande, wird jede Streitigkeit dem zuständigen deutschen Gericht nach den anwendbaren Zuständigkeitsvorschriften vorgelegt, unbeschadet zwingender Schutzvorschriften zugunsten von Verbrauchern nach deutschem Recht, auch in Bezug auf den zuständigen Gerichtsstand.

Teilnehmer mit Wohnsitz in Österreich: Diese Teilnahmebedingungen unterliegen österreichischem Recht und sind nach diesem auszulegen. Die Parteien werden sich bemühen, jede im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen entstehende Streitigkeit einvernehmlich beizulegen. Besteht eine Meinungsverschiedenheit über die Anwendung oder Auslegung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen fort und kommt eine gütliche Einigung nicht zustande, wird jede Streitigkeit dem zuständigen österreichischen Gericht nach den anwendbaren Zuständigkeitsvorschriften vorgelegt, unbeschadet zwingender Schutzvorschriften zugunsten von Verbrauchern nach österreichischem Recht, auch in Bezug auf den zuständigen Gerichtsstand.

Deze officiële actievoorwaarden zijn bestemd voor deelnemers die legaal in Nederland woonachtig zijn.

VOOR HET MAKEN VAN EEN INZENDING IS EEN EXEMPLAAR VAN HET SPEL WARDOGS VEREIST. BUITEN HET SPEL ZELF IS GEEN AANKOOP OF BETALING VAN WELKE AARD DAN OOK VEREIST OM DEEL TE NEMEN OF TE WINNEN, EN EEN AANKOOP OF BETALING BUITEN HET SPEL ZELF VERGROOT DE WINKANSEN VAN EEN DEELNEMER NIET. DIT IS EEN PRIJSVRAAG WAARBIJ VAARDIGHEID BEPALEND IS; DE WINNAARS WORDEN BEOORDEELD OP DE KWALITEIT VAN HUN VIDEO-INZENDING AAN DE HAND VAN VASTGESTELDE CRITERIA. DE WINKANSEN VAN DEELNEMERS ZIJN AFHANKELIJK VAN HET AANTAL GELDIGE INZENDINGEN, DE SCORES DIE HUN INZENDING BEHAALT EN DE UITEINDELIJKE BESLISSING VAN DE JURY.

Organisator: De organisator van de Wardogs Videoprijsvraag (de „Prijsvraag”) is Team17 Digital Limited, 3 Red Hall Avenue, Paragon Business Park, Wakefield, Engeland, WF1 2UL.

1. Deelnamevoorwaarden: De Wardogs Videoprijsvraag is bestemd om te worden bekeken en om aan deel te nemen in de Verenigde Staten, Duitsland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Canada, Frankrijk, Australië, Spanje, Nederland, Argentinië, Tsjechië, Zweden, Ierland en Oostenrijk. Neem niet deel als u niet legaal woonachtig bent in dit Deelnamegebied. De Prijsvraag is onderworpen aan alle toepasselijke federale, provinciale en territoriale wet- en regelgeving. De Prijsvraag staat open voor personen die legaal woonachtig zijn in het Deelnamegebied en die op het moment van deelname meerderjarig zijn in hun staat, provincie of gebied van verblijf (in Nederland moeten Deelnemers 18 jaar of ouder zijn). Inzendingen van buiten het Deelnamegebied en inzendingen die bij wet verboden zijn, zijn ongeldig. Medewerkers van Team17 Digital Limited (de „Organisator”), zijn bureaus, opdrachtnemers en overige gelieerde partijen, alsmede hun naaste familieleden en huisgenoten, zijn uitgesloten van deelname.

Door deel te nemen aan de Prijsvraag aanvaarden deelnemers („Deelnemers”) onvoorwaardelijk deze Actievoorwaarden en de beslissingen van de Organisator, en verbinden zij zich ertoe deze na te leven, met inbegrip van de uitleg van deze Actievoorwaarden, de uitvoering van de Prijsvraag, de selectie van de Winnaars en de uitoefening van de discretionaire bevoegdheid van de Organisator, die in alle opzichten definitief, niet vatbaar voor beroep en bindend zal zijn.

2. Actieperiode: De Prijsvraag opent op 3 september 2026 om 19.00 uur BST (Britse tijd) en sluit op 8 oktober 2026 om 23.59 uur BST (Britse tijd).

3. Een exemplaar van het spel Wardogs is vereist. Voor deelname zijn toegang tot internet en een middel om video op te nemen vereist.

4. Deelnemen: Gedurende de Actieperiode dienen Deelnemers:

een Wardogs-videoclip te maken en te delen op X, YouTube, TikTok of Instagram, met vermelding van de hashtag #Wardogs100k en met een tag van @wardogs op het betreffende platform. Video’s mogen maximaal 2 minuten duren;
de URL https://wardogs100k.com te bezoeken en het deelnameformulier in te vullen, waarbij Deelnemers hun persoonsgegevens en de URL van hun geüploade montage dienen op te geven. Deelnemers dienen het ingevulde deelnameformulier vóór het einde van de Actieperiode in te dienen;
Videoclips mogen onbewerkte spelbeelden zijn of een montage van spelbeelden.
Uw inzending dient uw eigen originele werk te zijn.
Uw inzending mag niet eerder als winnaar zijn geselecteerd in een andere wedstrijd.
Indien uw inzending gelicentieerd materiaal bevat (bijv. assets), dient u alle toestemmingen, goedkeuringen of licenties te hebben verkregen die vereist zijn om uw inzending in te dienen.
Deelnemers garanderen dat hun inzending hun originele werk is, niet zonder toestemming of zonder kennelijk recht van anderen is gekopieerd, en geen inbreuk maakt op de privacy, de intellectuele-eigendomsrechten of andere rechten van enige andere persoon of entiteit.
Uw inzending mag, zulks ter uitsluitende en absolute beoordeling van de Organisator, geen inhoud bevatten die obsceen of aanstootgevend, gewelddadig, lasterlijk, denigrerend of onrechtmatig is, of die alcohol, illegale drugs, tabak of een bepaalde politieke agenda promoot, of die boodschappen overbrengt die een negatief effect kunnen hebben op de goede naam van de Organisator of van Wardogs.
Deelnemers mogen meerdere keren deelnemen. Deelnemers mogen geen dubbele inzendingen indienen. Elke inzending dient een unieke video te zijn.
De Organisator aanvaardt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor inzendingen die onvolledig, te laat, verloren gegaan, verkeerd gericht, onleesbaar of om welke reden dan ook niet ontvangen zijn.

5. Prijs: Er zijn één (1) hoofdprijs en 100 finalistenprijzen te winnen.

Finalistenprijzen (x100): 100.000 eenheden Wardogs-spelvaluta

De Prijs is niet overdraagbaar en niet inwisselbaar. Er wordt geen equivalent, uitkering of vervanging aangeboden, behoudens naar uitsluitend en absoluut oordeel van de Organisator. Spelvaluta is niet inwisselbaar, kan niet in het spel worden gekocht, kan niet uit het spel worden opgenomen en heeft geen contante waarde. Er is één enkele prijzenpot die door alle landen in het Deelnamegebied wordt gedeeld; er zijn geen afzonderlijke prijzenpotten per land. Een eventueel verschil tussen een vermelde geschatte waarde van de Prijs en de werkelijke waarde van de Prijs wordt niet uitgekeerd. Transactiekosten, valutakosten en wisselkoersschommelingen worden niet gecompenseerd; de overboeking van de hoofdprijs van USD 100.000 vindt plaats in USD (Amerikaanse dollar) naar de opgegeven ontvangende bankrekening en kan, afhankelijk van die rekening, automatisch worden omgewisseld naar de standaardvaluta van de bank. Finalisten dienen te beschikken over een actief Wardogs-account dat in goede staat verkeert om de spelvaluta te kunnen ontvangen.

Geschatte waarde van de hoofdprijs in EUR (op basis van een geschatte wisselkoers op het moment van publicatie en onder voorbehoud van schommelingen): € 86.300.

6. Selectie van de winnaars: Dit is een prijsvraag waarbij vaardigheid bepalend is. De Prijsvraag is derhalve een behendigheidsspel en vormt geen kansspel in de zin van de Wet op de kansspelen.

De inzendingen worden door de Organisator (en door derden indien en voor zover vereist) voorgeselecteerd, waarbij de geschiktheid en de kwaliteit van de inzendingen die aan de deelnamevoorwaarden voldoen worden beoordeeld aan de hand van de vijf hieronder beschreven criteria. 200 voorgeselecteerde inzendingen worden vervolgens ter beoordeling voorgelegd aan een jury. Inzendingen die niet aan de deelnamevoorwaarden voldoen, worden niet beoordeeld en terzijde gelegd.

Een jury (waaronder een onafhankelijk jurylid) beoordeelt de 200 voorgeselecteerde inzendingen aan de hand van onderstaande criteria en kent per criterium maximaal 10 punten toe (voor een eindscore van maximaal 50 punten).

Toont het samenspel binnen het team, bijvoorbeeld communicatie, onderlinge steun en gebruik van proximity chat

Eigen initiatief

Toont eigen keuzes van de speler, het onverwachte en het vermogen om iets opvallends te laten gebeuren

Toont wat de inzending van alle andere onderscheidt, of het nu gaat om de montage, het idee en de uitvoering daarvan, of een originele benadering van de gameplay

De 100 inzendingen met de hoogste door de jury toegekende scores (bij een gelijke stand op de 100e plaats beslist de jury bij meerderheid van stemmen) ontvangen elk een finalistenprijs, en de inzending met de hoogste totaalscore toegekend door de jury (bij een gelijke hoogste totaalscore beslist de jury bij meerderheid van stemmen) ontvangt de hoofdprijs. Alle prijstoekenningen zijn onderworpen aan de hieronder beschreven controle van de deelnamevoorwaarden en de naleving daarvan.

Bij iedere potentiële Winnaar wordt gecontroleerd of deze aan de deelnamevoorwaarden voldoet en deze Actievoorwaarden naleeft, voordat hij als Winnaar wordt bevestigd. Indien blijkt dat een potentiële Winnaar niet aan de voorwaarden voldoet, deze Actievoorwaarden niet naleeft, de Prijs weigert of de Prijs anderszins niet kan aanvaarden, wordt de volgende Deelnemer die aan de voorwaarden voldoet op basis van de score geselecteerd (of, bij een gelijke score, de Deelnemer die bij meerderheid van stemmen wordt aangewezen), die eveneens wordt gecontroleerd.

Indien er minder dan 100 geldige inzendingen worden ontvangen, behoudt de Organisator zich het recht voor om finalistenprijzen slechts toe te kennen tot het totale aantal geldige inzendingen.

De beslissingen van de Organisator ten aanzien van alle aspecten van deze Prijsvraag zijn definitief, niet vatbaar voor beroep en bindend. Er wordt uitsluitend met de Winnaars gecorrespondeerd.

7. Aanvaarding van de Prijs: Iedere potentiële Winnaar wordt benaderd via het e-mailadres dat bij zijn inzending is opgegeven, met instructies over hoe de Prijs kan worden opgeëist. De potentiële Winnaar dient te bevestigen dat hij de prijs aanvaardt en kan worden verplicht om binnen drie dagen na het eerste contact een licentieverklaring, een vrijwaring van aansprakelijkheid en een toestemming voor publicitair gebruik te ondertekenen en te retourneren (voor zover wettelijk toegestaan en indien en voor zover de Organisator dit verlangt); bij gebreke daarvan vervalt de Prijs en kan de Prijs (naar uitsluitend oordeel van de Organisator) worden toegekend aan de volgende Deelnemer die aan de voorwaarden voldoet. Indien blijkt dat een potentiële Winnaar niet aan de voorwaarden voldoet of deze Actievoorwaarden niet naleeft, indien hij weigert een Prijs te aanvaarden, indien de Organisator een potentiële Winnaar niet binnen drie dagen kan bereiken, of indien een prijskennisgeving als onbestelbaar wordt geretourneerd, vervalt de Prijs en kan de Prijs, naar uitsluitend oordeel van de Organisator, worden toegekend aan de volgende Deelnemer die aan de voorwaarden voldoet. De potentiële Winnaar kan worden verzocht een identiteitsbewijs, een bewijs van de aan zijn inzending verrichte werkzaamheden en een bewijs van eigendom van zijn inzending te overleggen. Geen enkele mededeling van de Organisator geldt als kennisgeving van een gewonnen prijs, tenzij daarin de ontvanger uitdrukkelijk als geverifieerde Winnaar wordt bevestigd, en geen enkele Deelnemer heeft enig recht of aanspraak op een Prijs, tenzij en totdat hij overeenkomstig deze Actievoorwaarden is geselecteerd en als Winnaar is bevestigd.

8. De Organisator en zijn bureaus behouden zich het recht voor om iedere Deelnemer uit te sluiten van wie zij redelijkerwijs vermoeden dat hij frauduleus tracht deel te nemen, vals speelt of het systeem tracht te compromitteren, hetzij met technische middelen (bijv. scripts, automatisering of het gebruik van bots om inzendingen in te dienen), hetzij door manipulatie, vervalsing of duplicatie. Deelnemers mogen meerdere keren deelnemen, maar mogen geen dubbele inzendingen indienen.

9. Er wordt geen verantwoordelijkheid aanvaard voor inzendingen die onvolledig, verloren gegaan, beschadigd, vertraagd, verkeerd gericht of om welke reden dan ook niet ontvangen zijn, mede als gevolg van storingen van netwerken, computerhardware of software van welke aard dan ook, of van enige storing, uitval of onderbreking van socialemediaplatforms of van https://wardogs100k.com. Een bewijs van verzending wordt niet aanvaard als bewijs van ontvangst.

10. Persoonsgegevens: Tenzij dit bij wet verboden of beperkt is, stemt de Deelnemer ermee in dat persoonsgegevens worden verzameld en verwerkt door de Organisator (en/of de door hem aangestelde beheerder), worden opgeslagen in de database van de Organisator (en/of van de door hem aangestelde beheerder) en worden gebruikt voor de uitvoering van de Prijsvraag, met als doel de deelname aan de Prijsvraag in aanmerking te nemen, de Winnaar(s) te bepalen en de Prijs toe te kennen en/of te leveren. De verwerkingsverantwoordelijke is de Organisator (hierboven vermeld). De rechtsgrondslag voor deze verwerking is de deelname van de Deelnemer aan de Prijsvraag en de aanvaarding van deze Actievoorwaarden en, voor eventuele marketingcommunicatie, de toestemming van de Deelnemer. De bewaartermijn van de gegevens staat in verhouding tot het met de verwerking nagestreefde doel, behoudens wettelijke of bestuursrechtelijke bepalingen op grond waarvan de Organisator een andere bewaartermijn dient aan te houden. Indien Deelnemers toestemming hebben gegeven voor het ontvangen van marketingcommunicatie van de Organisator, kunnen zij zich hiervoor te allen tijde afmelden of hiertegen bezwaar maken. Deelnemers kunnen hun rechten op inzage, rectificatie, wissing, bezwaar, beperking van de verwerking en gegevensoverdraagbaarheid uitoefenen en kunnen hun toestemming voor de verwerking van hun gegevens te allen tijde intrekken door een e-mail te sturen naar info@bulkhead.com. De betreffende privacyverklaring is te raadplegen op https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Het is personen jonger dan 18 jaar verboden aan deze Prijsvraag deel te nemen; zij mogen in het kader van deze Prijsvraag geen persoonsgegevens of contactgegevens verstrekken aan enige website of enig platform.

11. De Organisator is, tezamen met eventuele bij de Prijsvraag betrokken gelieerde bureaus, ondernemingen en opdrachtnemers, niet aansprakelijk voor enig verlies (met inbegrip van, zonder beperking, indirecte schade, bijzondere schade, gevolgschade of winstderving), kosten of schade die worden geleden (ongeacht of deze voortvloeien uit nalatigheid van enige persoon) in verband met deze Prijsvraag en/of het aanvaarden en/of gebruiken van de Prijs, met uitzondering van aansprakelijkheid die niet bij wet kan worden uitgesloten. Niets in deze Actievoorwaarden sluit de aansprakelijkheid van de Organisator uit voor overlijden of persoonlijk letsel als gevolg van zijn schuld, of enige andere aansprakelijkheid die op grond van het toepasselijke recht niet rechtsgeldig kan worden uitgesloten of beperkt.

12. Indien de Prijsvraag niet volgens plan kan worden uitgevoerd wegens onder meer manipulatie, onbevoegde tussenkomst, fraude, oneerlijkheid, technische storingen of enige andere oorzaak buiten de macht van de Organisator die de uitvoering, de veiligheid, de eerlijkheid, de integriteit of het goede verloop van deze Prijsvraag aantast of beïnvloedt, behoudt de Organisator zich het recht voor om iedere persoon uit te sluiten die het deelnameproces manipuleert of deze Actievoorwaarden niet naleeft, en/of de Prijsvraag te annuleren, te wijzigen of op te schorten, dan wel de betrokken inzendingen ongeldig te verklaren.

13. De Organisator is niet aansprakelijk voor het niet nakomen van zijn verplichtingen of voor enige vertraging in de nakoming van zijn verplichtingen uit hoofde van deze Actievoorwaarden indien zich een handeling, nalaten, gebeurtenis of omstandigheid voordoet die wordt veroorzaakt door (onder meer) mondiale of regionale gezondheidscrises, weersomstandigheden, brand, overstroming, staking, orkaan, arbeidsconflict, oorlog, terroristische activiteiten, vijandelijkheden, politieke onrust, rellen, maatschappelijke onrust, epidemieën, pandemieën, hongersnood, plagen of andere natuurrampen en overmacht, dan wel door enige andere omstandigheid buiten de redelijke macht van de Organisator, met inbegrip van, zonder beperking, enige storing, uitval of onderbreking van socialemediaplatforms, van https://wardogs100k.com, van hun servers of van gerelateerde systemen.

14. De Organisator kan weigeren een Prijs toe te kennen in geval van fraude, oneerlijkheid, schending of het ontbreken van aanspraak van een Deelnemer op grond van deze Actievoorwaarden, of de waarde daarvan terugvorderen indien de Prijs reeds is toegekend.

15. Deelnemers nemen op eigen risico deel aan de Prijsvraag.

16. Behoudens waar dit bij wet verboden of beperkt is, stemt de Winnaar in met het gebruik door de Organisator en zijn bureaus van de naam, de beeltenis, de foto, de stem, de uitlatingen en/of de woonplaats en provincie van de Winnaar voor promotie-, reclame- en marketingdoeleinden in alle media, wereldwijd, zonder nadere kennisgeving, betaling of vergoeding. Indien het plaatselijke recht uitdrukkelijke toestemming vereist, wordt deze toestemming schriftelijk gevraagd.

17. Belastingen. De Prijs wordt bruto toegekend, zonder inhouding of afdracht door de Organisator. Iedere Winnaar is als enige verantwoordelijk voor het vaststellen, aangeven en betalen van eventuele persoonlijke belastingen die verschuldigd kunnen zijn ter zake van de aanvaarding, de ontvangst of het gebruik van de Prijs in zijn land en regio van verblijf, alsmede voor het nakomen van daarmee samenhangende aangifte- en betalingsverplichtingen, indien en voor zover vereist, afhankelijk van de toepasselijke regels en de individuele omstandigheden van iedere Winnaar. Niets in deze Actievoorwaarden vormt fiscaal advies.

18. Lijst van winnaars: De namen van de Winnaars kunnen worden opgevraagd door binnen drie (3) maanden na de sluitingsdatum van de Actieperiode een bericht te sturen naar wardogs100k@bulkhead.com. Indien Deelnemers hun toestemming voor de vermelding van hun naam en regio op een lijst van winnaars wensen in te trekken, dienen zij dit vóór de sluitingsdatum van de Actieperiode aan de Organisator te melden. Onverminderd het voorgaande zal de Organisator op verzoek informatie over de winnaars verstrekken aan nationale of lokale autoriteiten.

19. Deze Prijsvraag wordt op geen enkele wijze gesponsord, ondersteund of uitgevoerd door, en houdt geen verband met, X, YouTube, TikTok of Instagram, of hun moedermaatschappijen.

20. Indien afzonderlijke bepalingen van deze Actievoorwaarden ongeldig zijn of worden, blijft de geldigheid van de overige Actievoorwaarden onaangetast.

21. Toepasselijk recht: Iedere kwestie die voortvloeit uit de toepassing of uitleg van deze Actievoorwaarden, alsmede iedere aangelegenheid waarin hierin niet uitdrukkelijk is voorzien, wordt door de Organisator beslist. Een wijziging van de Prijsvraag geeft dientengevolge geen aanleiding tot enige vergoeding.

Op deze Actievoorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing en zij worden dienovereenkomstig uitgelegd. Partijen zullen zich inspannen om ieder geschil dat ontstaat in verband met de uitvoering van deze Actievoorwaarden in der minne te regelen. Indien een meningsverschil over de toepassing of uitleg van deze Actievoorwaarden voortduurt en een minnelijke regeling uitblijft, wordt ieder geschil voorgelegd aan de bevoegde Nederlandse rechter overeenkomstig de toepasselijke bevoegdheidsregels, onverminderd de dwingendrechtelijke bescherming die consumenten naar Nederlands recht genieten, mede ten aanzien van het bevoegde forum.

Le rogamos que no participe si no es residente legal en este Ámbito de Participación. El Concurso está sujeto a todas las leyes y reglamentos federales, provinciales y territoriales que resulten de aplicación. 4. Cómo participar: Durante el Periodo del Concurso, los Participantes deberán:

Crear y compartir un clip de vídeo de Wardogs en X, YouTube, TikTok o Instagram incluyendo el hashtag #Wardogs100k y etiquetando a @wardogs en la plataforma correspondiente. Los vídeos podrán tener una duración máxima de 2 minutos.
Visitar la URL https://wardogs100k.com y cumplimentar el formulario de participación, en el que se solicitará a los Participantes que faciliten sus datos personales y la URL del montaje que hayan subido. Los Participantes deberán enviar el formulario cumplimentado antes del cierre del Periodo del Concurso.
Los clips de vídeo podrán consistir en grabaciones de juego sin editar o en un montaje de grabaciones de juego.
Su participación deberá ser obra original suya.
Su participación no podrá haber resultado ganadora en ningún otro concurso.
Si su participación contiene material sujeto a licencia (p. ej., recursos gráficos o sonoros), deberá haber obtenido todos los consentimientos, aprobaciones o licencias necesarios para poder presentarla.
Los Participantes garantizan que su participación es obra original suya, que no ha sido copiada de terceros sin permiso o sin derecho aparente y que no vulnera la privacidad, los derechos de propiedad intelectual ni cualesquiera otros derechos de otra persona o entidad.
Su participación no podrá contener, según determine el Promotor a su exclusiva y absoluta discreción, ningún contenido obsceno u ofensivo, violento, difamatorio, denigrante o ilegal, ni que promueva el alcohol, las drogas ilegales, el tabaco o una determinada agenda política, ni que transmita mensajes que puedan repercutir negativamente en la reputación del Promotor o de Wardogs.
Los Participantes podrán participar en varias ocasiones. Los Participantes no podrán presentar participaciones duplicadas. Cada participación deberá ser un vídeo único.
El Promotor no asume responsabilidad alguna por las participaciones incompletas, tardías, extraviadas, mal dirigidas, ilegibles o que por cualquier motivo no se reciban.

5. Premios: Se puede ganar un (1) premio principal y 100 premios de finalista.

Premio principal (x1): 100.000 USD en metálico

Premios de finalista (x100): 100.000 unidades de moneda del juego de Wardogs

El Premio es intransferible y no canjeable. No se ofrecerá ningún equivalente, canje ni sustitución, salvo a exclusiva y absoluta discreción del Promotor. La moneda del juego no es canjeable, no puede adquirirse dentro del juego, no puede retirarse del juego y carece de valor en metálico. Existe una única bolsa de premios compartida por todos los países del Ámbito de Participación; no hay bolsas de premios individuales por país. No se abonará ninguna diferencia entre el valor aproximado indicado del Premio y su valor real. No se compensarán las comisiones de transacción, las comisiones de cambio de divisa ni las fluctuaciones de los tipos de cambio; la transferencia del premio principal de 100.000 USD se realizará en USD (dólares estadounidenses) a la cuenta bancaria receptora que se facilite y, en función de dicha cuenta, podrá convertirse automáticamente a la divisa predeterminada del banco. 6. Selección de los ganadores: Se trata de un concurso basado en la habilidad.

Las participaciones serán objeto de una preselección por parte del Promotor (y de terceros si y cuando resulte necesario), en la que se valorarán la idoneidad y la calidad de las participaciones que cumplan los requisitos de participación conforme a los cinco criterios que se describen a continuación. Las 200 participaciones preseleccionadas se remitirán posteriormente a un jurado para su puntuación. Las participaciones que no cumplan los requisitos de participación no serán valoradas y quedarán descartadas.

Un jurado (que incluirá un miembro independiente) puntuará las 200 participaciones preseleccionadas conforme a los criterios que figuran a continuación, otorgando a cada criterio un máximo de 10 puntos (para una puntuación final máxima de 50 puntos).

Las 100 participaciones que obtengan las puntuaciones más altas otorgadas por el jurado (en caso de empate en el puesto 100, el jurado resolverá por mayoría de votos) recibirán cada una un premio de finalista, y la participación que obtenga la puntuación global más alta otorgada por el jurado (en caso de empate en la puntuación global más alta, el jurado resolverá por mayoría de votos) recibirá el premio principal. Todas las adjudicaciones de premios estarán sujetas a la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos de participación y de las presentes Bases Legales que se describe a continuación.

Cada posible Ganador estará sujeto a la verificación de que reúne los requisitos exigidos y de que cumple las presentes Bases Legales antes de ser confirmado como Ganador. Si se comprueba que un posible Ganador no reúne los requisitos, incumple las presentes Bases Legales, rechaza el Premio o no puede aceptarlo por cualquier otro motivo, se seleccionará al siguiente Participante que reúna los requisitos según la puntuación obtenida (o, en caso de empate, al Participante designado por mayoría de votos), que quedará asimismo sujeto a verificación.

En caso de que se reciban menos de 100 participaciones válidas, el Promotor se reserva el derecho de adjudicar los premios de finalista únicamente hasta el número total de participaciones válidas.

Las decisiones del Promotor sobre todos los aspectos del presente Concurso son definitivas, inapelables y vinculantes. No se mantendrá correspondencia alguna salvo con los Ganadores.

7. Aceptación del Premio: Se contactará con cada posible Ganador a través de la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada con su participación, con instrucciones sobre cómo reclamar el Premio. El posible Ganador deberá confirmar que acepta el premio y podrá exigírsele que firme y devuelva (cuando ello sea legalmente posible, y si y en la medida en que el Promotor así lo requiera) una cesión de derechos de licencia, una exoneración de responsabilidad y una autorización de uso publicitario en el plazo de tres días desde el primer contacto; en caso contrario, perderá el derecho al Premio y este podrá adjudicarse (a exclusiva discreción del Promotor) al siguiente Participante que reúna los requisitos. Si se comprueba que un posible Ganador no reúne los requisitos o no cumple las presentes Bases Legales, si rechaza aceptar un Premio, si el Promotor no consigue contactar con un posible Ganador en el plazo de tres días, o en caso de que la notificación del Premio sea devuelta por no haber podido entregarse, se perderá el derecho al Premio y este podrá adjudicarse, a exclusiva discreción del Promotor, al siguiente Participante que reúna los requisitos. Podrá exigirse al posible Ganador que aporte un documento acreditativo de su identidad, prueba del trabajo realizado en relación con su participación y prueba de la titularidad de la misma. Ninguna comunicación del Promotor constituirá notificación de haber resultado ganador salvo que confirme expresamente al destinatario como Ganador verificado, y ningún Participante tendrá derecho alguno a un Premio hasta que sea seleccionado y confirmado como Ganador conforme a las presentes Bases Legales.

8. El Promotor y sus agencias se reservan el derecho de descalificar a cualquier Participante del que razonablemente crean que está intentando participar de forma fraudulenta, hacer trampas o comprometer el sistema, ya sea por medios técnicos (p. ej., scripts, automatización o uso de bots para enviar participaciones) o mediante manipulación, falsificación o duplicación. Los Participantes podrán participar en varias ocasiones, pero no podrán presentar participaciones duplicadas.

9. No se asume responsabilidad alguna por las participaciones incompletas, extraviadas, dañadas, retrasadas, mal dirigidas o que por cualquier motivo no se reciban, incluidas las derivadas de cualquier fallo de red, de hardware o de software de cualquier tipo, o de cualquier fallo, caída o interrupción del servicio de las plataformas de redes sociales o de https://wardogs100k.com. 10. Datos personales: Salvo que la ley lo prohíba o lo limite, el Participante acepta que sus datos personales sean recogidos y tratados por el Promotor (y/o por el administrador que este designe), almacenados en la base de datos del Promotor (y/o en la de su administrador designado) y utilizados para la gestión del Concurso con la finalidad de tener en cuenta su participación, determinar al Ganador o Ganadores y asignar y/o entregar el Premio. El responsable del tratamiento es el Promotor (identificado anteriormente). La base jurídica de este tratamiento es la participación del Participante en el Concurso y la aceptación de las presentes Bases Legales y, en el caso de las comunicaciones comerciales, el consentimiento del Participante. El plazo de conservación de los datos es proporcional a la finalidad perseguida por el tratamiento, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales o reglamentarias que obliguen al Promotor a mantener un plazo de conservación distinto. Si los Participantes han consentido recibir comunicaciones comerciales del Promotor, podrán darse de baja u oponerse a dichas comunicaciones en cualquier momento. Los menores de 18 años tienen prohibido participar en este Concurso y no deberán facilitar datos personales ni de contacto a ningún sitio web o plataforma en el marco del mismo.

11. El Promotor, junto con cualesquiera agencias, empresas y contratistas vinculados al Concurso, no será responsable de ninguna pérdida (incluidos, sin limitación, los daños indirectos, especiales o consecuenciales, así como el lucro cesante), gasto o daño que se sufra o padezca (con independencia de que se derive o no de la negligencia de cualquier persona) en relación con el presente Concurso y/o con la aceptación y/o el uso del Premio, salvo por aquella responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse por ley. Nada de lo dispuesto en las presentes Bases Legales excluirá la responsabilidad del Promotor por fallecimiento o daños personales causados por su culpa, ni cualquier otra responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse o limitarse legalmente conforme a la legislación aplicable.

12. Si el Concurso no pudiera desarrollarse según lo previsto por motivos que incluyen, entre otros, manipulaciones, intervenciones no autorizadas, fraude, deshonestidad, fallos técnicos o cualesquiera otras causas ajenas al control del Promotor que corrompan o afecten a la administración, la seguridad, la equidad, la integridad o el correcto desarrollo del presente Concurso, el Promotor se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier persona que manipule el proceso de participación o incumpla las presentes Bases Legales y/o de cancelar, modificar o suspender el Concurso, o de anular las participaciones afectadas.

13. El Promotor no será responsable del incumplimiento de sus obligaciones ni de ningún retraso en el cumplimiento de las mismas conforme a las presentes Bases Legales cuando se produzca un acto, omisión, hecho o circunstancia causado por (entre otros) crisis sanitarias mundiales o regionales, condiciones meteorológicas, incendios, inundaciones, huelgas, huracanes, conflictos laborales, guerras, actividades terroristas, hostilidades, disturbios políticos, motines, alteraciones del orden público, epidemias, pandemias, hambrunas, plagas u otras calamidades naturales y casos fortuitos o de fuerza mayor, o cualesquiera otras circunstancias ajenas al control razonable del Promotor, incluidos, sin limitación, cualquier fallo, caída o interrupción del servicio de las plataformas de redes sociales, de https://wardogs100k.com, de sus servidores o de los sistemas relacionados.

14. El Promotor podrá negarse a entregar un Premio en caso de fraude, deshonestidad, incumplimiento o falta de derecho de un Participante conforme a las presentes Bases Legales, o reclamar su valor si el Premio ya hubiera sido entregado.

15. Los Participantes participan en el Concurso bajo su propia responsabilidad.

16. Salvo cuando esté prohibido o limitado por ley, el Ganador consiente el uso, por parte del Promotor y de sus agencias, de su nombre, imagen, fotografía, voz, opiniones y/o localidad y provincia de residencia con fines de promoción, publicidad y marketing en cualquier medio y en todo el mundo, sin necesidad de aviso, pago ni contraprestación adicionales. Si la legislación local exige un consentimiento expreso, dicho consentimiento se recabará por escrito.

17. Fiscalidad. Los premios de la presente Promoción, cuando su valor supere los 300 €, están sujetos a la Ley 35/2006, de 28 de noviembre, del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (LIRPF); al Real Decreto 439/2007, de 30 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (RIRPF); al Real Decreto 3059/1966, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de Tasas Fiscales; y a las demás disposiciones concordantes dictadas en su desarrollo. Por tanto, en las promociones con premios de importe significativo, el Promotor deberá practicar el ingreso a cuenta o aplicar la retención fiscal correspondiente sobre los premios cuyo valor exceda de 300 €. Dado que el premio principal del presente Concurso consiste en una cantidad en metálico, el Promotor está obligado a practicar la retención fiscal correspondiente «en origen» antes de transferir al Ganador el importe restante (una vez descontada la retención). El Promotor facilitará asimismo la información fiscal pertinente a los ganadores y/o a las autoridades tributarias en los términos habitualmente exigidos; no obstante, los ganadores deberán asegurarse de cumplir todas las demás obligaciones fiscales personales o individuales que les correspondan. El Promotor solicitará a los ganadores su información de identificación fiscal y podrá estar obligado a declarar el premio y su valor a las autoridades tributarias. 18. Lista de ganadores: Los nombres de los Ganadores podrán obtenerse enviando un mensaje a wardogs100k@bulkhead.com en el plazo de tres (3) meses desde la fecha de cierre del Periodo del Concurso. Si los Participantes desean retirar su consentimiento para que su nombre y región figuren en cualquier lista de ganadores, deberán comunicárselo al Promotor antes de la fecha de cierre del Periodo del Concurso. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, el Promotor facilitará información sobre los ganadores a las autoridades nacionales o locales si así se le solicita.

19. El presente Concurso no está patrocinado, avalado ni administrado por X, YouTube, TikTok o Instagram, ni por sus sociedades matrices, ni guarda asociación alguna con ellos.

20. Si alguna disposición concreta de las presentes Bases Legales fuera o deviniera nula, la validez del resto de las Bases Legales no se verá afectada.

21. Legislación aplicable: Cualquier cuestión derivada de la aplicación o interpretación de las presentes Bases Legales, así como cualquier asunto no previsto expresamente en ellas, será resuelta por el Promotor. En consecuencia, ninguna modificación del Concurso dará lugar a indemnización alguna.

Las presentes Bases Legales se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con la legislación española. Las partes procurarán resolver de forma amistosa cualquier controversia que surja en relación con la ejecución de las presentes Bases Legales. En caso de persistir el desacuerdo respecto de la aplicación o interpretación de las mismas, y a falta de acuerdo amistoso, cualquier litigio se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales españoles competentes conforme a las normas de competencia aplicables, sin perjuicio de la protección imperativa que la legislación española reconoce a los consumidores, incluso en lo relativo al fuero competente.

Deltagarna garanterar att deras bidrag är deras originalverk, att det inte har kopierats från andra utan tillstånd eller utan uppenbar rätt, och att det inte kränker någon annan persons eller enhets integritet, immateriella rättigheter eller andra rättigheter.
Ditt bidrag får inte, enligt Arrangörens egen och oinskränkta bedömning, innehålla material som är oanständigt eller stötande, våldsamt, ärekränkande, nedsättande eller olagligt, eller som marknadsför alkohol, illegala droger, tobak eller en viss politisk agenda, eller som förmedlar budskap som kan inverka negativt på Arrangörens eller Wardogs anseende.
Deltagarna får delta flera gånger. Deltagarna får inte skicka in dubbletter av bidrag. Varje bidrag ska vara en unik video.
Arrangören tar inget ansvar för bidrag som är ofullständiga, försenade, förkomna, felaktigt adresserade, oläsliga eller som av någon annan anledning inte har kommit fram.

5. Pris: Ett (1) huvudpris och 100 finalistpriser finns att vinna.

Finalistpriser (x100): 100 000 enheter av Wardogs spelvaluta

Priset kan inte överlåtas och inte bytas. Ingen motsvarighet, inlösen eller ersättning erbjuds, annat än enligt Arrangörens egen och oinskränkta bedömning. Spelvalutan kan inte bytas, kan inte köpas i spelet, kan inte tas ut ur spelet och har inget kontantvärde. Det finns en enda prispott som delas av samtliga länder inom Deltagarområdet; det finns inga separata prispotter per land. Eventuell skillnad mellan ett angivet ungefärligt värde på Priset och Prisets faktiska värde betalas inte ut. Transaktionsavgifter, växlingsavgifter och valutakursförändringar kompenseras inte; överföringen av huvudpriset om 100 000 USD sker i USD (amerikanska dollar) till det mottagarkonto som anges och kan, beroende på mottagarkontot, automatiskt växlas till bankens standardvaluta. Finalisterna måste ha ett aktivt Wardogs-konto i god ordning för att kunna ta emot spelvalutan.

Ungefärligt värde på huvudpriset i SEK (baserat på en ungefärlig växelkurs vid tidpunkten för publiceringen och med förbehåll för kursförändringar): 960 000 SEK.

6. Utseende av vinnare: Detta är en skicklighetsbaserad tävling.

Bidragen genomgår ett förhandsurval av Arrangören (och av tredje part om och när så krävs), varvid bidragens lämplighet och kvalitet bedöms utifrån de fem kriterier som beskrivs nedan, i den mån bidragen uppfyller deltagarvillkoren. 200 utvalda bidrag lämnas därefter till en jury för poängsättning. Bidrag som inte uppfyller deltagarvillkoren bedöms inte och gallras bort.

En jury (inklusive en oberoende jurymedlem) poängsätter de 200 utvalda bidragen utifrån kriterierna nedan och ger varje kriterium upp till 10 poäng (för en slutpoäng om högst 50 poäng).

De 100 bidrag som fått högst poäng av juryn (vid lika poäng på den 100:e platsen avgör juryn genom majoritetsbeslut) erhåller vardera ett finalistpris, och det bidrag som fått högst totalpoäng av juryn (vid lika högsta totalpoäng avgör juryn genom majoritetsbeslut) erhåller huvudpriset. Samtliga pristilldelningar sker med förbehåll för den kontroll av deltagarvillkor och regelefterlevnad som beskrivs nedan.

För varje potentiell Vinnare kontrolleras att denne uppfyller deltagarvillkoren och följer dessa tävlingsregler innan vederbörande bekräftas som Vinnare. Om det visar sig att en potentiell Vinnare inte uppfyller villkoren, inte följer dessa tävlingsregler, avböjer Priset eller av annan anledning inte kan ta emot Priset, utses nästa Deltagare som uppfyller villkoren utifrån poäng (eller, vid lika poäng, den Deltagare som utses genom majoritetsbeslut), vilken också kontrolleras.

Om färre än 100 giltiga bidrag inkommer förbehåller sig Arrangören rätten att dela ut finalistpriser endast upp till det totala antalet giltiga bidrag.

Arrangörens beslut i alla avseenden som rör denna Tävling är slutgiltiga, inte överklagbara och bindande. Korrespondens förs endast med Vinnarna.

7. Mottagande av Priset: Varje potentiell Vinnare kontaktas via den e-postadress som angetts i samband med bidraget, med instruktioner om hur Priset kan hämtas ut. Den potentiella Vinnaren ska bekräfta att han eller hon tar emot priset och kan behöva underteckna och returnera (i den mån det är lagligen tillåtet, och om och i den utsträckning Arrangören så kräver) ett licensmedgivande, en ansvarsfriskrivning och ett medgivande till användning i marknadsföring inom tre dagar från den första kontakten; i annat fall förverkas Priset och Priset kan (enligt Arrangörens egen bedömning) tilldelas nästa Deltagare som uppfyller villkoren. Om det visar sig att en potentiell Vinnare inte uppfyller villkoren eller inte följer dessa tävlingsregler, om vederbörande avböjer att ta emot ett Pris, om Arrangören inte lyckas nå en potentiell Vinnare inom tre dagar, eller om ett vinstmeddelande returneras som obeställbart, förverkas Priset och Priset kan, enligt Arrangörens egen bedömning, tilldelas nästa Deltagare som uppfyller villkoren. Den potentiella Vinnaren kan behöva uppvisa identitetshandling, bevis på det arbete som lagts ned på bidraget samt bevis på äganderätten till bidraget. Ingen kommunikation från Arrangören utgör ett vinstmeddelande om den inte uttryckligen bekräftar mottagaren som verifierad Vinnare, och ingen Deltagare har någon rätt eller något anspråk på ett Pris förrän vederbörande har utsetts och bekräftats som Vinnare i enlighet med dessa tävlingsregler.

8. Arrangören och dess byråer förbehåller sig rätten att diskvalificera varje Deltagare som de har skälig anledning att tro försöker delta på ett bedrägligt sätt, fuska eller äventyra systemet, antingen med tekniska medel (t.ex. skript, automatisering eller användning av bottar för att skicka in bidrag) eller genom manipulation, förfalskning eller dubblering. Deltagarna får delta flera gånger men får inte skicka in dubbletter av bidrag.

9. Inget ansvar tas för bidrag som är ofullständiga, förkomna, skadade, försenade, felaktigt adresserade eller som av någon annan anledning inte har kommit fram, inbegripet till följd av fel i nätverk, datormaskinvara eller programvara av något slag, eller till följd av avbrott, driftstopp eller störningar i sociala medieplattformar eller på https://wardogs100k.com. Bevis på avsändande godtas inte som bevis på mottagande.

10. Personuppgifter: Om inte annat är förbjudet eller begränsat enligt lag samtycker Deltagaren till att personuppgifter samlas in och behandlas av Arrangören (och/eller dennes utsedda administratör), lagras i Arrangörens databas (och/eller dennes utsedda administratörs databas) och används för genomförandet av Tävlingen i syfte att beakta deltagandet i Tävlingen, utse Vinnare samt tilldela och/eller leverera Priset. Personuppgiftsansvarig är Arrangören (angiven ovan). Den rättsliga grunden för denna behandling är Deltagarens deltagande i Tävlingen och godkännande av dessa tävlingsregler samt, för eventuell marknadsföringskommunikation, Deltagarens samtycke. Lagringstiden för uppgifterna står i proportion till det ändamål som eftersträvas med behandlingen, med förbehåll för lagar eller föreskrifter som ålägger Arrangören att tillämpa en annan lagringstid. Om Deltagarna har samtyckt till att ta emot marknadsföringskommunikation från Arrangören kan de när som helst avregistrera sig från eller invända mot sådan kommunikation. Deltagarna kan utöva sina rättigheter till tillgång, rättelse, radering, invändning, begränsning av behandling och dataportabilitet, och kan när som helst återkalla sitt samtycke till behandlingen av sina uppgifter, genom att skicka ett e-postmeddelande till info@bulkhead.com. Den tillämpliga integritetspolicyn finns att läsa på https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Personer under 18 år får inte delta i denna Tävling och får inte lämna några person- eller kontaktuppgifter till någon webbplats eller plattform inom ramen för Tävlingen.

11. Arrangören ansvarar, tillsammans med eventuella till Tävlingen knutna byråer, bolag och uppdragstagare, inte för någon förlust (inbegripet men inte begränsat till indirekta skador, särskilda skador, följdskador eller utebliven vinst), kostnad eller skada som drabbar eller åsamkas någon (oavsett om den uppkommit genom någons vårdslöshet eller inte) i samband med denna Tävling och/eller mottagandet och/eller användningen av Priset, med undantag för ansvar som inte kan uteslutas enligt lag. Inget i dessa tävlingsregler utesluter Arrangörens ansvar för dödsfall eller personskada som orsakats av dennes vållande, eller något annat ansvar som inte lagligen kan uteslutas eller begränsas enligt tillämplig lag.

12. Om Tävlingen inte kan genomföras som planerat på grund av bland annat manipulation, obehörigt ingripande, bedrägeri, ohederlighet, tekniska fel eller andra orsaker utanför Arrangörens kontroll som skadar eller påverkar genomförandet, säkerheten, rättvisan, integriteten eller det korrekta genomförandet av denna Tävling, förbehåller sig Arrangören rätten att diskvalificera varje person som manipulerar deltagandeprocessen eller inte följer dessa tävlingsregler och/eller att ställa in, ändra eller skjuta upp Tävlingen eller ogiltigförklara berörda bidrag.

13. Arrangören ansvarar inte för underlåtenhet att fullgöra sina skyldigheter eller för dröjsmål med att fullgöra sina skyldigheter enligt dessa tävlingsregler om en handling, underlåtenhet, händelse eller omständighet inträffar som orsakas av (bland annat) globala eller regionala hälsokriser, väderförhållanden, brand, översvämning, strejk, orkan, arbetsmarknadskonflikt, krig, terroristverksamhet, fientligheter, politisk oro, upplopp, allmän oordning, epidemi, pandemi, svält, farsot eller andra naturkatastrofer samt force majeure, eller av någon annan omständighet utanför Arrangörens rimliga kontroll, inbegripet men inte begränsat till avbrott, driftstopp eller störningar i sociala medieplattformar, på https://wardogs100k.com, i deras servrar eller i relaterade system.

14. Arrangören kan neka att dela ut ett Pris vid bedrägeri, ohederlighet, avtalsbrott eller bristande rätt hos en Deltagare enligt dessa tävlingsregler, eller kräva tillbaka Prisets värde om Priset redan har delats ut.

15. Deltagarna deltar i Tävlingen på egen risk.

16. Utom där det är förbjudet eller begränsat enligt lag samtycker Vinnaren till att Arrangören och dess byråer använder Vinnarens namn, bild, fotografi, röst, uttalanden och/eller hemort och län för promotion-, reklam- och marknadsföringsändamål i alla medier, världen över, utan ytterligare meddelande, betalning eller ersättning. Om lokal lag kräver uttryckligt samtycke ska sådant samtycke inhämtas skriftligen.

17. Skatt. Priset delas ut brutto, utan avdrag eller innehållande från Arrangörens sida. Varje Vinnare ansvarar ensam för att fastställa, deklarera och betala eventuell personlig skatt som kan utgå med anledning av mottagandet eller användningen av Priset i sitt bosättningsland och sin bosättningsregion, samt för att fullgöra därmed sammanhängande deklarations- och betalningsskyldigheter, om och i den mån detta krävs, beroende på tillämpliga regler och varje Vinnares individuella förhållanden. Inget i dessa tävlingsregler utgör skatterådgivning.

18. Vinnarlista: Vinnarnas namn kan erhållas genom att skicka ett meddelande till wardogs100k@bulkhead.com inom tre (3) månader från Tävlingsperiodens slutdatum. Om Deltagare vill återkalla sitt samtycke till att deras namn och region tas med på en vinnarlista ska de meddela Arrangören detta före Tävlingsperiodens slutdatum. Utan att det påverkar det ovanstående kommer Arrangören att lämna ut uppgifter om vinnarna till nationella eller lokala myndigheter på begäran.

19. Denna Tävling är på intet sätt sponsrad, understödd eller administrerad av, och har ingen koppling till, X, YouTube, TikTok eller Instagram eller deras moderbolag.

20. Om enskilda bestämmelser i dessa tävlingsregler är eller blir ogiltiga påverkas inte giltigheten av övriga tävlingsregler.

21. Tillämplig lag: Varje fråga som uppstår vid tillämpningen eller tolkningen av dessa tävlingsregler, samt varje förhållande som inte uttryckligen regleras häri, avgörs av Arrangören. En ändring av Tävlingen ger följaktligen inte rätt till någon ersättning.

Dessa tävlingsregler regleras av och tolkas i enlighet med svensk rätt. Parterna ska sträva efter att i godo lösa varje tvist som uppstår i samband med genomförandet av dessa tävlingsregler. Om oenighet om tillämpningen eller tolkningen av dessa tävlingsregler kvarstår och en uppgörelse i godo inte kan nås, ska varje tvist hänskjutas till behörig svensk domstol i enlighet med tillämpliga behörighetsregler, utan att det påverkar det tvingande konsumentskydd som gäller enligt svensk rätt, även i fråga om behörigt forum.

Les participations provenant de l’extérieur du Territoire admissible, ainsi que celles interdites par la loi, sont nulles. En participant au Concours, les participants (les « Participants ») acceptent sans réserve le présent règlement officiel ainsi que les décisions du Commanditaire, et s’engagent à s’y conformer, y compris quant à l’interprétation du présent règlement, à l’administration du Concours, à la sélection des Gagnants et à l’exercice du pouvoir discrétionnaire du Commanditaire, lesquels sont définitifs, sans appel et exécutoires à tous égards.

2. Durée du Concours : Le Concours débute le 3 septembre 2026 à 19 h BST (heure du Royaume-Uni) et prend fin le 8 octobre 2026 à 23 h 59 BST (heure du Royaume-Uni).

3. Un exemplaire du jeu Wardogs est requis. Un accès à Internet ainsi qu’un moyen de capter de la vidéo sont requis pour participer.

4. Comment participer : Pendant la Durée du Concours, les Participants doivent :

Créer et partager un clip vidéo Wardogs sur X, YouTube, TikTok ou Instagram en y incluant le mot-clic #Wardogs100k et en identifiant @wardogs sur la plateforme visée. Les vidéos ne peuvent excéder 2 minutes.
Se rendre à l’adresse https://wardogs100k.com et remplir le formulaire de participation, dans lequel les Participants doivent fournir leurs coordonnées personnelles ainsi que l’adresse URL du montage téléversé. Les Participants doivent soumettre le formulaire dûment rempli avant la fin de la Durée du Concours.
Les clips vidéo peuvent être des séquences de jeu brutes ou un montage de séquences de jeu.
Votre participation doit être votre propre œuvre originale.
Votre participation ne doit pas avoir été retenue comme gagnante dans un autre concours.
Si votre participation contient du matériel sous licence (p. ex. des éléments graphiques ou sonores), vous devez avoir obtenu tous les consentements, approbations ou licences nécessaires à sa soumission.
Les Participants garantissent que leur participation est leur œuvre originale, qu’elle n’a pas été copiée d’autrui sans autorisation ni droit apparent, et qu’elle ne porte atteinte ni à la vie privée, ni aux droits de propriété intellectuelle, ni à aucun autre droit d’une autre personne ou entité.
Votre participation ne peut contenir, selon l’appréciation exclusive et absolue du Commanditaire, aucun contenu obscène ou offensant, violent, diffamatoire, dénigrant ou illégal, ni faisant la promotion de l’alcool, de drogues illégales, du tabac ou d’un programme politique particulier, ni véhiculant de messages susceptibles de nuire à l’image du Commanditaire ou de Wardogs.
Les Participants peuvent participer à plusieurs reprises. Les Participants ne peuvent pas soumettre de participations en double. Chaque participation doit être une vidéo unique.
Le Commanditaire n’assume aucune responsabilité à l’égard des participations incomplètes, tardives, perdues, mal acheminées, illisibles ou non reçues pour quelque raison que ce soit.

5. Prix : Un (1) grand prix et 100 prix de finaliste sont à gagner.

Le Prix n’est ni transférable ni échangeable. Aucun équivalent, remboursement ni remplacement ne sera offert, sauf à l’appréciation exclusive et absolue du Commanditaire. La monnaie virtuelle du jeu n’est pas échangeable, ne peut pas être achetée dans le jeu, ne peut pas être retirée du jeu et n’a aucune valeur en argent. Il existe une seule cagnotte de prix partagée par l’ensemble des pays du Territoire admissible; il n’y a pas de cagnotte distincte par pays. Aucun écart entre la valeur approximative annoncée du Prix et sa valeur réelle ne sera versé. Les frais de transaction, les frais de change et les fluctuations des taux de change ne feront l’objet d’aucune compensation; le virement du grand prix de 100 000 $ US sera effectué en dollars américains (USD) dans le compte bancaire indiqué et pourra, selon ce compte, être automatiquement converti dans la devise par défaut de l’institution financière. Valeur au détail approximative du Prix (« VDA ») : La valeur au détail approximative du grand prix est de 137 900 $ CA. La VDA peut fluctuer en fonction des frais applicables, des taux de change et d’autres facteurs, et peut différer de celle établie à la date de publication du présent règlement officiel.

6. Sélection des gagnants : Il s’agit d’un concours d’adresse.

Les participations feront l’objet d’une présélection par le Commanditaire (et par des tiers si et lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire), qui évaluera la pertinence et la qualité des participations répondant aux conditions de participation au regard des cinq critères décrits ci-dessous. Les 200 participations présélectionnées seront ensuite transmises à un jury aux fins de notation. Les participations ne répondant pas aux conditions de participation ne seront pas évaluées et seront écartées.

Un jury (comprenant un juge indépendant) attribuera un pointage aux 200 participations présélectionnées selon les critères ci-dessous, en accordant à chaque critère un maximum de 10 points (pour un pointage final maximal de 50 points).

Les 100 participations ayant obtenu les pointages les plus élevés attribués par le jury (en cas d’égalité au 100e rang, les juges trancheront à la majorité des voix) recevront chacune un prix de finaliste, et la participation ayant obtenu le pointage global le plus élevé attribué par le jury (en cas d’égalité pour le pointage global le plus élevé, les juges trancheront à la majorité des voix) recevra le grand prix. Toutes les attributions de prix seront assujetties à la vérification de l’admissibilité et du respect du présent règlement, telle que décrite ci-dessous.

Chaque Gagnant potentiel fera l’objet d’une vérification de son admissibilité et du respect du présent règlement officiel avant d’être confirmé à titre de Gagnant. S’il s’avère qu’un Gagnant potentiel est inadmissible, ne respecte pas le présent règlement, refuse le Prix ou se trouve dans l’impossibilité de l’accepter, le Participant admissible suivant selon le pointage obtenu (ou désigné à la majorité des voix en cas d’égalité de pointage) sera sélectionné et fera également l’objet d’une vérification.

Si moins de 100 participations valides sont reçues, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de n’attribuer les prix de finaliste qu’à concurrence du nombre total de participations valides.

Les décisions du Commanditaire à l’égard de tous les aspects du présent Concours sont définitives, sans appel et exécutoires. Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée, sauf avec les Gagnants.

7. Acceptation du Prix : Chaque Gagnant potentiel sera joint à l’adresse électronique fournie avec sa participation, accompagnée des directives pour réclamer le Prix. Le Gagnant potentiel doit confirmer qu’il accepte le prix et pourra être tenu de signer et de retourner (lorsque la loi le permet, et si et dans la mesure où le Commanditaire l’exige) une cession de licence, une décharge de responsabilité et une autorisation de publicité dans les trois jours suivant le premier contact; à défaut, le Prix sera perdu et pourra (à la seule discrétion du Commanditaire) être attribué au Participant admissible suivant. S’il s’avère qu’un Gagnant potentiel est inadmissible ou ne respecte pas le présent règlement officiel, s’il refuse d’accepter un Prix, si le Commanditaire n’arrive pas à joindre un Gagnant potentiel dans les trois jours, ou si l’avis de Prix est retourné parce qu’il n’a pu être livré, le Prix sera perdu et pourra, à la seule discrétion du Commanditaire, être attribué au Participant admissible suivant. Le Gagnant potentiel pourra être tenu de fournir une pièce d’identité, une preuve du travail réalisé relativement à sa participation ainsi qu’une preuve de la titularité de celle-ci. Aucune communication du Commanditaire ne constitue un avis de gain à moins qu’elle ne confirme expressément le destinataire à titre de Gagnant vérifié, et aucun Participant n’a de droit ou de titre à l’égard d’un Prix tant qu’il n’a pas été sélectionné et confirmé à titre de Gagnant conformément au présent règlement officiel.

8. Le Commanditaire et ses agences se réservent le droit de disqualifier tout Participant dont ils croient raisonnablement qu’il tente de participer frauduleusement, de tricher ou de compromettre le système, que ce soit par des moyens techniques (p. ex. scripts, automatisation ou recours à des robots pour soumettre des participations) ou par manipulation, falsification ou duplication. Les Participants peuvent participer à plusieurs reprises, mais ne peuvent pas soumettre de participations en double.

9. Aucune responsabilité n’est assumée à l’égard des participations incomplètes, perdues, endommagées, retardées, mal acheminées ou non reçues pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris en raison d’une défaillance de réseau, de matériel informatique ou de logiciel de quelque nature que ce soit, ou de toute panne, interruption ou perturbation des plateformes de médias sociaux ou de https://wardogs100k.com. La preuve de l’envoi ne sera pas acceptée comme preuve de la réception.

10. Renseignements personnels : Sauf interdiction ou restriction prévue par la loi, le Participant accepte que ses renseignements personnels soient recueillis et traités par le Commanditaire (ou par l’administrateur qu’il désigne), conservés dans la base de données du Commanditaire (ou dans celle de son administrateur désigné) et utilisés aux fins de l’administration du Concours, soit pour prendre en compte la participation au Concours, déterminer le ou les Gagnants et attribuer ou remettre le Prix. Le responsable du traitement est le Commanditaire (identifié ci-dessous). Le fondement juridique de ce traitement est la participation du Participant au Concours et son acceptation du présent règlement officiel et, pour les communications de marketing, le consentement du Participant. La durée de conservation des renseignements est proportionnelle à la fin poursuivie par le traitement, sous réserve des dispositions législatives ou réglementaires imposant au Commanditaire une durée de conservation différente. Si les Participants ont consenti à recevoir des communications de marketing du Commanditaire, ils peuvent se désabonner ou s’y opposer en tout temps. Les Participants peuvent exercer leurs droits d’accès, de rectification, de suppression, d’opposition, de limitation du traitement et de portabilité des données, et peuvent retirer leur consentement au traitement de leurs renseignements en tout temps, en écrivant à info@bulkhead.com. L’avis de confidentialité applicable peut être consulté à l’adresse https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Il est interdit aux personnes de moins de 18 ans de participer au présent Concours; elles ne doivent transmettre aucun renseignement personnel ni coordonnée à un site ou à une plateforme dans le cadre de celui-ci.

11. Le Commanditaire, de même que les agences, sociétés et sous-traitants associés au Concours, ne sera pas responsable des pertes (y compris, sans s’y limiter, les dommages indirects, particuliers ou consécutifs ainsi que la perte de profits), dépenses ou dommages subis (qu’ils découlent ou non de la négligence d’une personne) relativement au présent Concours ou à l’acceptation ou à l’utilisation du Prix, sauf à l’égard de toute responsabilité qui ne peut être exclue par la loi. Rien dans le présent règlement officiel n’exclut la responsabilité du Commanditaire en cas de décès ou de blessure corporelle causé par sa faute, ni toute autre responsabilité qui ne peut être légalement exclue ou limitée en vertu du droit applicable.

12. Si le Concours ne peut se dérouler comme prévu pour des raisons incluant, sans s’y limiter, une manipulation, une intervention non autorisée, une fraude, une malhonnêteté, des défaillances techniques ou toute autre cause échappant au contrôle du Commanditaire, qui altèrent ou compromettent l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement du présent Concours, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de disqualifier toute personne qui altère le processus de participation ou ne respecte pas le présent règlement officiel, ou d’annuler, de modifier ou de suspendre le Concours, ou encore d’invalider les participations touchées.

13. Le Commanditaire ne sera pas responsable du défaut d’exécuter ses obligations ni de tout retard dans leur exécution aux termes du présent règlement officiel si survient un acte, une omission, un événement ou une circonstance causé par (sans s’y limiter) des crises sanitaires mondiales ou régionales, des conditions météorologiques, un incendie, une inondation, une grève, un ouragan, un conflit de travail, une guerre, une activité terroriste, des hostilités, des troubles politiques, des émeutes, des troubles civils, une épidémie, une pandémie, une famine, un fléau ou d’autres calamités naturelles et cas de force majeure, ou par toute autre circonstance échappant au contrôle raisonnable du Commanditaire, y compris, sans s’y limiter, toute panne, interruption ou perturbation des plateformes de médias sociaux, de https://wardogs100k.com, de leurs serveurs ou des systèmes connexes.

14. Le Commanditaire peut refuser d’attribuer un Prix en cas de fraude, de malhonnêteté, de manquement ou d’absence de droit d’un Participant aux termes du présent règlement officiel, ou en recouvrer la valeur si le Prix a déjà été attribué.

15. Les Participants prennent part au Concours à leurs propres risques.

16. Sauf interdiction ou restriction prévue par la loi, le Gagnant consent à ce que le Commanditaire et ses agences utilisent ses nom, image, photographie, voix, propos ou lieu de résidence et province à des fins de promotion, de publicité et de marketing, sur tout support, partout dans le monde, sans autre avis, paiement ni contrepartie. Si la loi locale exige un consentement exprès, celui-ci sera obtenu par écrit.

17. Impôts et taxes. Le Prix est attribué en montant brut, sans déduction ni retenue de la part du Commanditaire. Chaque Gagnant est seul responsable de déterminer, de déclarer et d’acquitter tout impôt personnel qui pourrait être exigible relativement à l’acceptation, à la réception ou à l’utilisation du Prix dans son pays et sa région de résidence, ainsi que de respecter les obligations de déclaration et de paiement connexes, le cas échéant, selon les règles applicables et la situation particulière de chaque Gagnant. Rien dans le présent règlement officiel ne constitue un avis fiscal.

18. Liste des gagnants : Les noms des Gagnants peuvent être obtenus en écrivant à wardogs100k@bulkhead.com dans les trois (3) mois suivant la date de clôture de la Durée du Concours. Si des Participants souhaitent retirer leur consentement à ce que leur nom et leur région figurent sur une liste de gagnants, ils doivent en aviser le Commanditaire avant la date de clôture de la Durée du Concours. Sous toutes réserves, le Commanditaire transmettra les renseignements relatifs aux gagnants aux autorités nationales ou locales qui en feraient la demande.

19. Le présent Concours n’est aucunement commandité, approuvé ou administré par X, YouTube, TikTok ou Instagram, ni par leurs sociétés mères, et n’est associé à ceux-ci d’aucune façon.

20. Si certaines dispositions du présent règlement officiel sont ou deviennent invalides, la validité des autres dispositions n’en sera pas affectée.

21. Droit applicable et limitation de responsabilité : Toutes les questions relatives à l’interprétation, à la validité et à l’applicabilité du présent règlement officiel, ou aux droits et obligations du Participant et du Commanditaire dans le cadre du Concours, sont régies et interprétées conformément aux lois de la province d’Ontario et aux lois fédérales du Canada qui s’y appliquent, sans égard aux règles ou dispositions relatives aux conflits de lois.

Sauf interdiction prévue par la loi, à titre de condition de participation au présent Concours, le Participant convient que tout différend et toute cause d’action découlant du présent Concours ou de tout Prix attribué, ou s’y rapportant, seront réglés individuellement, sans recourir à quelque forme d’action collective que ce soit, et exclusivement par arbitrage définitif et exécutoire en Ontario. Un jugement peut être rendu sur la sentence arbitrale devant tout tribunal compétent. 22. Résidents du Québec : Un différend quant à l’organisation ou à la conduite d’un concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec afin qu’il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l’attribution d’un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d’aider les parties à parvenir à une entente.

SE TRATA DE UN CONCURSO BASADO EN LA DESTREZA; LOS GANADORES SERÁN EVALUADOS SEGÚN LA CALIDAD DEL VIDEO PRESENTADO, CONFORME A CRITERIOS ESTABLECIDOS. 1. Requisitos de participación: El Concurso de Videos Wardogs está destinado a su visualización y participación en Estados Unidos, Alemania, Reino Unido, Canadá, Francia, Australia, España, Países Bajos, Argentina, República Checa, Suecia, Irlanda y Austria. Le solicitamos que no participe si no reside legalmente en este Territorio de Participación. El Concurso se encuentra sujeto a todas las leyes y reglamentaciones federales, provinciales y territoriales que resulten aplicables. El Concurso está abierto a las personas que residan legalmente en el Territorio de Participación y que hayan alcanzado la mayoría de edad en su estado, provincia o territorio de residencia al momento de participar (en Argentina, los Participantes deberán tener 18 años o más). Serán nulas las participaciones provenientes de fuera del Territorio de Participación y aquellas prohibidas por la ley. Al participar en el Concurso, los participantes (los «Participantes») aceptan sin reservas las presentes Bases y Condiciones y las decisiones del Organizador, y se comprometen a cumplirlas y respetarlas, incluidas la interpretación de las presentes Bases y Condiciones, la organización del Concurso, la selección de los Ganadores y el ejercicio de la facultad discrecional del Organizador, que serán definitivos, inapelables y vinculantes a todos los efectos.

2. Período del Concurso: El Concurso comienza el 3 de septiembre de 2026 a las 19:00 h BST (hora del Reino Unido) y finaliza el 8 de octubre de 2026 a las 23:59 h BST (hora del Reino Unido).

3. Se requiere un ejemplar del juego Wardogs. Para participar es necesario contar con acceso a Internet y con un medio para grabar video.

4. Cómo participar: Durante el Período del Concurso, los Participantes deberán:

Crear y compartir un clip de video de Wardogs en X, YouTube, TikTok o Instagram incluyendo el hashtag #Wardogs100k y etiquetando a @wardogs en la plataforma correspondiente. Los videos podrán tener una duración máxima de 2 minutos.
Ingresar a la URL https://wardogs100k.com y completar el formulario de participación, en el que se solicitará a los Participantes que suministren sus datos personales y la URL de la edición que hayan subido. Los Participantes deberán enviar el formulario completo antes del cierre del Período del Concurso.
Los clips de video podrán consistir en material de juego sin editar o en una edición de material de juego.
Su participación deberá ser obra original suya.
Su participación no podrá haber resultado ganadora en ningún otro concurso.
Si su participación contiene material sujeto a licencia (por ejemplo, recursos gráficos o sonoros), deberá haber obtenido todos los consentimientos, aprobaciones o licencias necesarios para poder presentarla.
Los Participantes garantizan que su participación es obra original suya, que no ha sido copiada de terceros sin autorización o sin derecho aparente y que no vulnera la privacidad, los derechos de propiedad intelectual ni cualesquiera otros derechos de otra persona o entidad.
Su participación no podrá contener, según lo determine el Organizador a su exclusivo y absoluto criterio, ningún contenido obsceno u ofensivo, violento, difamatorio, denigrante o ilícito, ni que promueva el alcohol, las drogas ilegales, el tabaco o una determinada agenda política, ni que transmita mensajes que puedan repercutir negativamente en la reputación del Organizador o de Wardogs.
Los Participantes podrán participar en más de una oportunidad. Los Participantes no podrán presentar participaciones duplicadas. Cada participación deberá ser un video único.
El Organizador no asume responsabilidad alguna por las participaciones incompletas, tardías, extraviadas, mal dirigidas, ilegibles o que por cualquier motivo no se reciban.

5. Premios: Se puede ganar un (1) premio principal y 100 premios de finalista.

Premio principal (x1): USD 100.000 en efectivo

Premios de finalista (x100): 100.000 unidades de moneda del juego de Wardogs

El Premio es intransferible y no canjeable. No se ofrecerá ningún equivalente, canje ni sustitución, salvo a exclusivo y absoluto criterio del Organizador. La moneda del juego no es canjeable, no puede adquirirse dentro del juego, no puede retirarse del juego y carece de valor en efectivo. Existe un único fondo de premios compartido por todos los países del Territorio de Participación; no hay fondos de premios individuales por país. No se abonará ninguna diferencia entre el valor aproximado indicado del Premio y su valor real. No se compensarán los gastos de transacción, los gastos de cambio de divisa ni las fluctuaciones de los tipos de cambio; la transferencia del premio principal de USD 100.000 se realizará en USD (dólares estadounidenses) a la cuenta bancaria receptora que se indique y, según dicha cuenta, podrá convertirse automáticamente a la moneda predeterminada del banco. Los finalistas deberán contar con una cuenta de Wardogs activa y en regla para poder recibir la moneda del juego.

Valor aproximado del premio principal en ARS (según el tipo de cambio aproximado a la fecha de publicación y sujeto a fluctuaciones): $150.000.000.

6. Selección de los ganadores: Se trata de un concurso basado en la destreza.

Las participaciones serán objeto de una preselección por parte del Organizador (y de terceros si y cuando resulte necesario), en la que se evaluarán la idoneidad y la calidad de las participaciones que cumplan los requisitos de participación conforme a los cinco criterios que se describen a continuación. Las 200 participaciones preseleccionadas serán remitidas posteriormente a un jurado para su puntuación. Las participaciones que no cumplan los requisitos de participación no serán evaluadas y quedarán descartadas.

Un jurado (que incluirá un miembro independiente) puntuará las 200 participaciones preseleccionadas conforme a los criterios que se detallan a continuación, otorgando a cada criterio un máximo de 10 puntos (para un puntaje final máximo de 50 puntos).

Las 100 participaciones que obtengan los puntajes más altos otorgados por el jurado (en caso de empate en el puesto 100, el jurado resolverá por mayoría de votos) recibirán cada una un premio de finalista, y la participación que obtenga el puntaje global más alto otorgado por el jurado (en caso de empate en el puntaje global más alto, el jurado resolverá por mayoría de votos) recibirá el premio principal. Todas las adjudicaciones de premios estarán sujetas a la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos de participación y de las presentes Bases y Condiciones que se describe a continuación.

Cada posible Ganador estará sujeto a la verificación de que reúne los requisitos exigidos y de que cumple las presentes Bases y Condiciones antes de ser confirmado como Ganador. Si se comprueba que un posible Ganador no reúne los requisitos, incumple las presentes Bases y Condiciones, rechaza el Premio o no puede aceptarlo por cualquier otro motivo, se seleccionará al siguiente Participante que reúna los requisitos según el puntaje obtenido (o, en caso de empate, al Participante designado por mayoría de votos), quien quedará asimismo sujeto a verificación.

En caso de que se reciban menos de 100 participaciones válidas, el Organizador se reserva el derecho de adjudicar los premios de finalista únicamente hasta la cantidad total de participaciones válidas.

Las decisiones del Organizador sobre todos los aspectos del presente Concurso son definitivas, inapelables y vinculantes. No se mantendrá correspondencia alguna salvo con los Ganadores.

7. Aceptación del Premio: Se contactará a cada posible Ganador a través de la dirección de correo electrónico suministrada con su participación, con instrucciones sobre cómo reclamar el Premio. El posible Ganador deberá confirmar que acepta el premio y podrá exigírsele que firme y devuelva (cuando ello sea legalmente posible, y si y en la medida en que el Organizador así lo requiera) una cesión de derechos de licencia, una exoneración de responsabilidad y una autorización de uso publicitario dentro de los tres días siguientes al primer contacto; en caso contrario, perderá el derecho al Premio y este podrá adjudicarse (a exclusivo criterio del Organizador) al siguiente Participante que reúna los requisitos. Si se comprueba que un posible Ganador no reúne los requisitos o no cumple las presentes Bases y Condiciones, si rechaza aceptar un Premio, si el Organizador no logra contactar a un posible Ganador dentro de los tres días, o en caso de que la notificación del Premio sea devuelta por no haber podido entregarse, se perderá el derecho al Premio y este podrá adjudicarse, a exclusivo criterio del Organizador, al siguiente Participante que reúna los requisitos. Podrá exigirse al posible Ganador que presente un documento que acredite su identidad, prueba del trabajo realizado en relación con su participación y prueba de la titularidad de la misma. Ninguna comunicación del Organizador constituirá notificación de haber resultado ganador salvo que confirme expresamente al destinatario como Ganador verificado, y ningún Participante tendrá derecho alguno a un Premio hasta que sea seleccionado y confirmado como Ganador conforme a las presentes Bases y Condiciones.

8. El Organizador y sus agencias se reservan el derecho de descalificar a cualquier Participante respecto de quien razonablemente entiendan que está intentando participar de forma fraudulenta, hacer trampa o comprometer el sistema, ya sea por medios técnicos (por ejemplo, scripts, automatización o uso de bots para enviar participaciones) o mediante manipulación, falsificación o duplicación. Los Participantes podrán participar en más de una oportunidad, pero no podrán presentar participaciones duplicadas.

9. No se asume responsabilidad alguna por las participaciones incompletas, extraviadas, dañadas, demoradas, mal dirigidas o que por cualquier motivo no se reciban, incluidas las derivadas de cualquier falla de red, de hardware o de software de cualquier tipo, o de cualquier falla, caída o interrupción del servicio de las plataformas de redes sociales o de https://wardogs100k.com. La constancia del envío no se aceptará como prueba de recepción.

10. Datos personales: Salvo que la ley lo prohíba o lo limite, el Participante acepta que sus datos personales sean recolectados y tratados por el Organizador (y/o por el administrador que este designe), almacenados en la base de datos del Organizador (y/o en la de su administrador designado) y utilizados para la organización del Concurso con la finalidad de considerar su participación, determinar al Ganador o Ganadores y adjudicar y/o entregar el Premio. El responsable del tratamiento y de la base de datos es el Organizador (identificado precedentemente). La base jurídica de este tratamiento es la participación del Participante en el Concurso y la aceptación de las presentes Bases y Condiciones y, en el caso de las comunicaciones comerciales, el consentimiento del Participante. El plazo de conservación de los datos es proporcional a la finalidad perseguida por el tratamiento, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales o reglamentarias que obliguen al Organizador a mantener un plazo de conservación distinto. Si los Participantes han prestado su consentimiento para recibir comunicaciones comerciales del Organizador, podrán darse de baja u oponerse a dichas comunicaciones en cualquier momento. Los Participantes podrán ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, actualización, supresión, oposición y limitación del tratamiento de sus datos, así como retirar su consentimiento al tratamiento de los mismos en cualquier momento, enviando un correo electrónico a info@bulkhead.com. La información de privacidad correspondiente puede consultarse en https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Los menores de 18 años tienen prohibido participar en este Concurso y no deberán suministrar datos personales ni de contacto a ningún sitio web o plataforma en el marco del mismo.

El titular de los datos personales tiene la facultad de ejercer el derecho de acceso a los mismos en forma gratuita a intervalos no inferiores a seis meses, salvo que se acredite un interés legítimo al efecto conforme lo establecido en el artículo 14, inciso 3, de la Ley N.º 25.326.

La Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N.º 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.

11. El Organizador, junto con cualesquiera agencias, empresas y contratistas vinculados al Concurso, no será responsable de ninguna pérdida (incluidos, sin limitación, los daños indirectos, especiales o consecuentes, así como el lucro cesante), gasto o daño que se sufra o padezca (con independencia de que derive o no de la negligencia de cualquier persona) en relación con el presente Concurso y/o con la aceptación y/o el uso del Premio, salvo aquella responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse por ley. Nada de lo dispuesto en las presentes Bases y Condiciones excluirá la responsabilidad del Organizador por fallecimiento o daños personales causados por su culpa, ni cualquier otra responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse o limitarse legalmente conforme a la legislación aplicable.

12. Si el Concurso no pudiera desarrollarse según lo previsto por motivos que incluyen, entre otros, manipulaciones, intervenciones no autorizadas, fraude, deshonestidad, fallas técnicas o cualesquiera otras causas ajenas al control del Organizador que afecten o comprometan la organización, la seguridad, la equidad, la integridad o el correcto desarrollo del presente Concurso, el Organizador se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier persona que manipule el proceso de participación o incumpla las presentes Bases y Condiciones y/o de cancelar, modificar o suspender el Concurso, o de anular las participaciones afectadas.

13. El Organizador no será responsable por el incumplimiento de sus obligaciones ni por demora alguna en el cumplimiento de las mismas conforme a las presentes Bases y Condiciones cuando se produzca un acto, omisión, hecho o circunstancia causado por (entre otros) crisis sanitarias mundiales o regionales, condiciones meteorológicas, incendios, inundaciones, huelgas, huracanes, conflictos gremiales, guerras, actividades terroristas, hostilidades, disturbios políticos, motines, alteraciones del orden público, epidemias, pandemias, hambrunas, plagas u otras calamidades naturales y casos fortuitos o de fuerza mayor, o cualesquiera otras circunstancias ajenas al control razonable del Organizador, incluidas, sin limitación, cualquier falla, caída o interrupción del servicio de las plataformas de redes sociales, de https://wardogs100k.com, de sus servidores o de los sistemas relacionados.

14. El Organizador podrá negarse a entregar un Premio en caso de fraude, deshonestidad, incumplimiento o falta de derecho de un Participante conforme a las presentes Bases y Condiciones, o reclamar su valor si el Premio ya hubiera sido entregado.

15. Los Participantes participan en el Concurso bajo su propia responsabilidad.

16. Salvo cuando esté prohibido o limitado por la ley, el Ganador presta su consentimiento expreso para que el Organizador y sus agencias utilicen su nombre, imagen, fotografía, voz, opiniones y/o localidad y provincia de residencia con fines de promoción, publicidad y marketing en cualquier medio y en todo el mundo, sin necesidad de aviso, pago ni contraprestación adicionales. Si la legislación local exige un consentimiento expreso, dicho consentimiento se recabará por escrito.

17. Impuestos. El Premio se otorga en su valor bruto, sin deducción ni retención alguna por parte del Organizador. Cada Ganador es el único responsable de determinar, declarar y abonar cualquier impuesto personal que pudiera corresponder respecto de la aceptación, la recepción o el uso del Premio en su país y región de residencia, así como de cumplir con las obligaciones de presentación y pago relacionadas, si y en la medida en que correspondan, según las normas aplicables y las circunstancias individuales de cada Ganador. Nada de lo dispuesto en las presentes Bases y Condiciones constituye asesoramiento impositivo.

18. Lista de ganadores: Los nombres de los Ganadores podrán obtenerse enviando un mensaje a wardogs100k@bulkhead.com dentro de los tres (3) meses posteriores a la fecha de cierre del Período del Concurso. Si los Participantes desean retirar su consentimiento para que su nombre y región figuren en cualquier lista de ganadores, deberán comunicarlo al Organizador antes de la fecha de cierre del Período del Concurso. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, el Organizador suministrará información sobre los ganadores a las autoridades nacionales o locales que así lo requieran.

19. El presente Concurso no está patrocinado, avalado ni administrado por X, YouTube, TikTok o Instagram, ni por sus sociedades controlantes, ni guarda vinculación alguna con ellos.

20. Si alguna disposición particular de las presentes Bases y Condiciones fuera o deviniera nula, la validez del resto de las Bases y Condiciones no se verá afectada.

21. Legislación aplicable: Cualquier cuestión derivada de la aplicación o interpretación de las presentes Bases y Condiciones, así como cualquier asunto no previsto expresamente en ellas, será resuelta por el Organizador. En consecuencia, ninguna modificación del Concurso dará lugar a indemnización alguna.

Las presentes Bases y Condiciones se rigen e interpretan de conformidad con la legislación de la República Argentina. Las partes procurarán resolver de forma amistosa cualquier controversia que surja en relación con la ejecución de las presentes Bases y Condiciones. En caso de persistir el desacuerdo respecto de la aplicación o interpretación de las mismas, y a falta de acuerdo amistoso, cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de la República Argentina conforme a las normas aplicables en materia de competencia territorial y material, sin perjuicio de la protección imperativa que la legislación argentina reconoce a los consumidores, incluida la competencia del juez del domicilio del consumidor conforme al artículo 1109 del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación.

Pořadatel: Pořadatelem videosoutěže Wardogs (dále jen „Soutěž“) je společnost Team17 Digital Limited, 3 Red Hall Avenue, Paragon Business Park, Wakefield, Anglie, WF1 2UL.

1. Podmínky účasti: Videosoutěž Wardogs je určena ke sledování a k účasti ve Spojených státech amerických, Německu, Spojeném království, Kanadě, Francii, Austrálii, Španělsku, Nizozemsku, Argentině, České republice, Švédsku, Irsku a Rakousku. Neúčastněte se prosím, pokud nemáte zákonný pobyt na tomto Území účasti. Soutěž se řídí všemi platnými federálními, provinčními a územními právními předpisy. Soutěž je otevřena osobám se zákonným pobytem na Území účasti, které v okamžiku své účasti dosáhly zletilosti ve svém státě, provincii nebo území pobytu (v České republice musí být Účastníci starší 18 let). Příspěvky zaslané mimo Území účasti a příspěvky zakázané právními předpisy jsou neplatné. Zaměstnanci společnosti Team17 Digital Limited (dále jen „Pořadatel“), jejích agentur, dodavatelů a dalších spřízněných stran, jakož i jejich nejbližší rodinní příslušníci a osoby žijící s nimi ve společné domácnosti, se Soutěže nesmějí účastnit.

Účastí v Soutěži účastníci (dále jen „Účastníci“) bezvýhradně přijímají tato oficiální pravidla a rozhodnutí Pořadatele a zavazují se je dodržovat, včetně výkladu těchto oficiálních pravidel, organizace Soutěže, výběru Výherců a uplatňování uvážení ze strany Pořadatele, která jsou ve všech ohledech konečná, nenapadnutelná a závazná.

2. Doba trvání Soutěže: Soutěž začíná 3. září 2026 v 19:00 BST (britského času) a končí 8. října 2026 ve 23:59 BST (britského času).

3. Je vyžadována kopie hry Wardogs. K účasti je nutné připojení k internetu a možnost pořídit videozáznam.

4. Jak se zúčastnit: Během doby trvání Soutěže musí Účastníci:

vytvořit a sdílet videoklip ze hry Wardogs na platformě X, YouTube, TikTok nebo Instagram včetně hashtagu #Wardogs100k a označit účet @wardogs na příslušné platformě. Videa mohou mít maximální délku 2 minuty;
navštívit adresu https://wardogs100k.com a vyplnit soutěžní formulář, v němž budou Účastníci povinni uvést své osobní údaje a adresu URL svého nahraného sestřihu. Účastníci musí vyplněný soutěžní formulář odeslat před koncem doby trvání Soutěže;
Videoklipy mohou být neupraveným herním záznamem nebo sestřihem herního záznamu.
Váš příspěvek musí být vaším vlastním původním dílem.
Váš příspěvek nesmí být vybrán jako vítězný v žádné jiné soutěži.
Pokud váš příspěvek obsahuje licencovaný materiál (např. assety), musíte získat veškeré souhlasy, schválení nebo licence potřebné k tomu, abyste svůj příspěvek mohli přihlásit.
Účastníci zaručují, že jejich příspěvek je jejich původním dílem, nebyl zkopírován od jiných osob bez svolení nebo bez zjevného oprávnění a neporušuje soukromí, práva duševního vlastnictví ani jiná práva jakékoli jiné osoby či subjektu.
Váš příspěvek nesmí podle výhradního a absolutního uvážení Pořadatele obsahovat obsah, který je obscénní nebo urážlivý, násilný, pomlouvačný, hanlivý nebo protiprávní, ani obsah propagující alkohol, nelegální drogy, tabák či určitou politickou agendu, ani obsah sdělující sdělení, která by mohla negativně ovlivnit dobrou pověst Pořadatele nebo hry Wardogs.
Účastníci se mohou zúčastnit opakovaně. Účastníci nesmějí zasílat duplicitní příspěvky. Každý příspěvek musí být jedinečným videem.
Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za příspěvky, které jsou neúplné, doručené pozdě, ztracené, nesprávně směrované, nečitelné nebo které z jakéhokoli důvodu nebyly doručeny.

5. Výhry: Získat lze jednu (1) hlavní výhru a 100 výher pro finalisty.

Hlavní výhra (1×): 100 000 USD v hotovosti

Výhry pro finalisty (100×): 100 000 jednotek herní měny Wardogs

Výhru nelze převést ani vyměnit. Nebude poskytnut žádný ekvivalent, proplacení ani náhrada, s výjimkou případů podle výhradního a absolutního uvážení Pořadatele. Herní měnu nelze směnit, nelze ji ve hře zakoupit, nelze ji ze hry vybrat a nemá žádnou peněžní hodnotu. Existuje jediný výherní fond společný pro všechny země Území účasti; neexistují samostatné výherní fondy pro jednotlivé země. Případný rozdíl mezi uvedenou přibližnou hodnotou Výhry a její skutečnou hodnotou nebude vyplacen. Transakční poplatky, poplatky za směnu měny ani kurzové výkyvy nebudou kompenzovány; převod hlavní výhry ve výši 100 000 USD bude proveden v USD (amerických dolarech) na uvedený bankovní účet příjemce a v závislosti na tomto účtu může být automaticky směněn na výchozí měnu dané banky. Finalisté musí mít aktivní účet Wardogs v dobrém stavu, aby mohli herní měnu obdržet.

Přibližná hodnota hlavní výhry v CZK (na základě přibližného směnného kurzu k datu zveřejnění a s výhradou kurzových výkyvů): 2 085 000 Kč.

6. Výběr výherců: Jedná se o dovednostní soutěž.

Příspěvky projdou předvýběrem ze strany Pořadatele (a třetích osob, pokud a kde je to nutné), v jehož rámci bude posouzena vhodnost a kvalita příspěvků splňujících podmínky účasti podle pěti kritérií popsaných níže. 200 vybraných příspěvků bude následně předáno porotě k bodovému hodnocení. Příspěvky, které nesplňují podmínky účasti, nebudou posuzovány a budou vyřazeny.

Porota (včetně jednoho nezávislého člena) ohodnotí 200 vybraných příspěvků podle níže uvedených kritérií, přičemž každému kritériu přidělí až 10 bodů (celkem tedy až 50 bodů).

Ukazuje souhru v týmu, například komunikaci, vzájemnou podporu a využití proximity chatu

Vlastní iniciativa

Ukazuje vlastní rozhodnutí hráče, nečekané momenty a schopnost způsobit něco pozoruhodného

Ukazuje působivé momenty, ať už jde o zručnou hru, výbušnou akci nebo chaos

Kreativita

Ukazuje, čím se příspěvek odlišuje od všech ostatních, ať už jde o střih, nápad a jeho provedení, nebo originální přístup ke hraní

Faktor Wardogs

Kombinuje výše uvedené prvky způsobem, který jedinečně vystihuje ducha hry Wardogs

Sto (100) příspěvků, které od poroty obdrží nejvyšší bodové hodnocení (v případě rovnosti bodů na 100. místě rozhodne porota většinou hlasů), obdrží každý výhru pro finalisty, a příspěvek, který od poroty obdrží nejvyšší celkové bodové hodnocení (v případě rovnosti nejvyššího celkového bodového hodnocení rozhodne porota většinou hlasů), obdrží hlavní výhru. Veškeré přidělení výher podléhá níže popsanému ověření splnění podmínek účasti a dodržování pravidel.

U každého potenciálního Výherce bude před jeho potvrzením jako Výherce ověřeno, zda splňuje podmínky účasti a dodržuje tato oficiální pravidla. Pokud se zjistí, že potenciální Výherce podmínky nesplňuje, nedodržuje tato oficiální pravidla, Výhru odmítne nebo ji z jiného důvodu nemůže přijmout, bude vybrán další Účastník splňující podmínky podle bodového hodnocení (nebo, v případě rovnosti bodů, Účastník určený většinou hlasů), u něhož bude rovněž provedeno ověření.

Pokud bude doručeno méně než 100 platných příspěvků, vyhrazuje si Pořadatel právo udělit výhry pro finalisty pouze do výše celkového počtu platných příspěvků.

Rozhodnutí Pořadatele týkající se všech aspektů této Soutěže jsou konečná, nenapadnutelná a závazná. Korespondence bude vedena výhradně s Výherci.

7. Přijetí Výhry: Každý potenciální Výherce bude kontaktován prostřednictvím e-mailové adresy uvedené u jeho příspěvku, a to s pokyny, jak Výhru uplatnit. Potenciální Výherce musí potvrdit, že Výhru přijímá, a může být povinen do tří dnů od prvního kontaktu podepsat a vrátit (je-li to právně přípustné a pokud a v rozsahu, v jakém to Pořadatel vyžaduje) licenční prohlášení, prohlášení o zproštění odpovědnosti a souhlas s užitím pro propagační účely; v opačném případě nárok na Výhru zaniká a Výhra může být (podle výhradního uvážení Pořadatele) udělena dalšímu Účastníkovi splňujícímu podmínky. Pokud se zjistí, že potenciální Výherce nesplňuje podmínky nebo nedodržuje tato oficiální pravidla, pokud odmítne Výhru přijmout, pokud se Pořadateli nepodaří potenciálního Výherce kontaktovat do tří dnů, nebo pokud bude oznámení o Výhře vráceno jako nedoručitelné, nárok na Výhru zaniká a Výhra může být podle výhradního uvážení Pořadatele udělena dalšímu Účastníkovi splňujícímu podmínky. Po potenciálním Výherci může být požadováno předložení dokladu totožnosti, dokladu o práci vynaložené na jeho příspěvek a dokladu o vlastnictví příspěvku. Žádné sdělení Pořadatele nepředstavuje oznámení o výhře, pokud výslovně nepotvrzuje příjemce jako ověřeného Výherce, a žádný Účastník nemá jakýkoli nárok na Výhru, dokud nebude vybrán a potvrzen jako Výherce v souladu s těmito oficiálními pravidly.

8. Pořadatel a jeho agentury si vyhrazují právo vyloučit každého Účastníka, u něhož se důvodně domnívají, že se pokouší podvodně zúčastnit, podvádět nebo narušit systém, ať už technickými prostředky (např. skripty, automatizací nebo použitím botů k odesílání příspěvků), nebo manipulací, paděláním či duplikováním. Účastníci se mohou zúčastnit opakovaně, nesmějí však zasílat duplicitní příspěvky.

9. Nepřebírá se žádná odpovědnost za příspěvky, které jsou neúplné, ztracené, poškozené, opožděné, nesprávně směrované nebo které z jakéhokoli důvodu nebyly doručeny, a to ani v důsledku jakéhokoli selhání sítě, počítačového hardwaru či softwaru, ani v důsledku jakéhokoli výpadku, přerušení nebo narušení provozu platforem sociálních médií či webu https://wardogs100k.com. Doklad o odeslání nebude uznán jako doklad o doručení.

10. Osobní údaje: Není-li to zakázáno nebo omezeno právními předpisy, Účastník souhlasí s tím, že jeho osobní údaje budou shromažďovány a zpracovávány Pořadatelem (a/nebo jím pověřeným správcem soutěže), uloženy v databázi Pořadatele (a/nebo jím pověřeného správce soutěže) a použity k organizaci Soutěže za účelem zohlednění účasti v Soutěži, určení Výherce či Výherců a přidělení a/nebo předání Výhry. Správcem osobních údajů je Pořadatel (uvedený výše). Právním základem tohoto zpracování je účast Účastníka v Soutěži a přijetí těchto oficiálních pravidel a v případě marketingových sdělení souhlas Účastníka. Doba uchovávání údajů je přiměřená účelu sledovanému zpracováním, s výhradou právních předpisů, které Pořadateli ukládají uchovávat údaje po jinou dobu. Pokud Účastníci udělili souhlas se zasíláním marketingových sdělení od Pořadatele, mohou se z jejich odběru kdykoli odhlásit nebo proti nim vznést námitku. Účastníci mohou uplatnit svá práva na přístup, opravu, výmaz, námitku, omezení zpracování a přenositelnost údajů a mohou kdykoli odvolat svůj souhlas se zpracováním svých údajů zasláním e-mailu na adresu info@bulkhead.com. Příslušné informace o ochraně osobních údajů jsou k dispozici na adrese https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Osobám mladším 18 let je účast v této Soutěži zakázána a nesmějí v rámci této Soutěže poskytovat žádné osobní ani kontaktní údaje žádné webové stránce ani platformě.

11. Pořadatel spolu s případnými spřízněnými agenturami, společnostmi a dodavateli podílejícími se na Soutěži neodpovídá za žádnou ztrátu (včetně, bez omezení, nepřímé, zvláštní či následné škody nebo ušlého zisku), náklad ani škodu, které vzniknou nebo budou utrpěny (bez ohledu na to, zda vyplývají z nedbalosti jakékoli osoby, či nikoli) v souvislosti s touto Soutěží a/nebo s přijetím a/nebo užíváním Výhry, s výjimkou odpovědnosti, kterou nelze podle právních předpisů vyloučit. Nic v těchto oficiálních pravidlech nevylučuje odpovědnost Pořadatele za smrt nebo újmu na zdraví způsobenou jeho zaviněním ani jinou odpovědnost, kterou nelze podle platných právních předpisů zákonně vyloučit či omezit.

12. Pokud Soutěž nebude možné uskutečnit podle plánu z důvodů zahrnujících mimo jiné manipulaci, neoprávněný zásah, podvod, nepoctivé jednání, technické závady nebo jakékoli jiné příčiny mimo kontrolu Pořadatele, které narušují nebo ovlivňují organizaci, bezpečnost, spravedlnost, integritu či řádný průběh této Soutěže, vyhrazuje si Pořadatel právo vyloučit každou osobu, která manipuluje s procesem účasti nebo nedodržuje tato oficiální pravidla, a/nebo Soutěž zrušit, změnit či pozastavit nebo prohlásit dotčené příspěvky za neplatné.

13. Pořadatel neodpovídá za nesplnění svých povinností ani za jakékoli prodlení s plněním svých povinností podle těchto oficiálních pravidel, pokud dojde k jednání, opomenutí, události nebo okolnosti způsobené (mimo jiné) globálními či regionálními zdravotními krizemi, povětrnostními podmínkami, požárem, povodní, stávkou, hurikánem, pracovněprávním sporem, válkou, teroristickou činností, nepřátelskými akcemi, politickými nepokoji, výtržnostmi, občanskými nepokoji, epidemií, pandemií, hladomorem, morem či jinými přírodními pohromami a zásahy vyšší moci, ani za jakékoli jiné okolnosti mimo přiměřenou kontrolu Pořadatele, včetně, bez omezení, jakéhokoli výpadku, přerušení nebo narušení provozu platforem sociálních médií, webu https://wardogs100k.com, jejich serverů či souvisejících systémů.

14. Pořadatel může odmítnout udělit Výhru v případě podvodu, nepoctivého jednání, porušení pravidel nebo neexistence nároku Účastníka podle těchto oficiálních pravidel, případně může požadovat vrácení její hodnoty, byla-li Výhra již udělena.

15. Účastníci se Soutěže účastní na vlastní riziko.

16. S výjimkou případů, kdy je to zakázáno nebo omezeno právními předpisy, Výherce souhlasí s tím, aby Pořadatel a jeho agentury užívali jeho jméno, podobu, fotografii, hlas, vyjádření a/nebo bydliště a kraj k propagačním, reklamním a marketingovým účelům ve všech médiích po celém světě, bez dalšího oznámení, platby či protiplnění. Pokud místní právní předpisy vyžadují výslovný souhlas, bude takový souhlas vyžádán písemně.

17. Daně. Výhra se uděluje v hrubé výši, bez jakéhokoli odpočtu nebo srážky ze strany Pořadatele. Každý Výherce sám odpovídá za stanovení, přiznání a zaplacení případné osobní daně, která může být splatná v souvislosti s přijetím, obdržením nebo užitím Výhry v zemi a regionu jeho pobytu, jakož i za splnění souvisejících ohlašovacích a platebních povinností, pokud a v rozsahu, v jakém jsou vyžadovány, v závislosti na platných předpisech a individuálních poměrech každého Výherce. Nic v těchto oficiálních pravidlech nepředstavuje daňové poradenství.

18. Seznam výherců: Jména Výherců lze získat zasláním zprávy na adresu wardogs100k@bulkhead.com do tří (3) měsíců od data ukončení doby trvání Soutěže. Pokud si Účastníci přejí odvolat svůj souhlas s uvedením svého jména a regionu na jakémkoli seznamu výherců, musí to Pořadateli oznámit před datem ukončení doby trvání Soutěže. Tím není dotčeno právo Pořadatele poskytnout na vyžádání informace o výhercích vnitrostátním nebo místním orgánům.

19. Tato Soutěž není žádným způsobem sponzorována, podporována ani spravována platformami X, YouTube, TikTok či Instagram ani jejich mateřskými společnostmi a není s nimi nijak spojena.

20. Pokud jsou nebo se stanou jednotlivá ustanovení těchto oficiálních pravidel neplatnými, není tím dotčena platnost ostatních ustanovení těchto oficiálních pravidel.

21. Rozhodné právo: Jakoukoli otázku vyplývající z uplatňování nebo výkladu těchto oficiálních pravidel, jakož i jakoukoli záležitost, která zde není výslovně upravena, rozhoduje Pořadatel. Změna Soutěže proto nezakládá nárok na jakoukoli náhradu.

Tato oficiální pravidla se řídí právem České republiky a v souladu s ním budou vykládána. Strany se budou snažit vyřešit smírnou cestou jakýkoli spor vzniklý v souvislosti s prováděním těchto oficiálních pravidel. Pokud neshoda ohledně uplatňování nebo výkladu těchto oficiálních pravidel přetrvává a nedojde ke smírnému urovnání, bude jakýkoli spor předložen příslušným soudům České republiky v souladu s platnými pravidly o příslušnosti, aniž je dotčena kogentní ochrana, které požívají spotřebitelé podle práva České republiky, a to i pokud jde o příslušný soud.

A COPY OF THE WARDOGS GAME IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO CREATE AN ENTRY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND BEYOND THE GAME ITSELF IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT BEYOND THE GAME ITSELF WILL INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST; WINNERS WILL BE JUDGED ON THE QUALITY OF THEIR VIDEO ENTRY BASED ON SET CRITERIA. Eligibility: The Wardogs Video Contest is intended for viewing and participation in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, Spain, Netherlands, Argentina, Czech Republic, Sweden, Ireland, and Austria. Please do not enter if you are not a legal resident of this Eligibility Area. The Contest is subject to all applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory laws and regulations. The Contest is open to legal residents of the Eligibility Area who have reached the age of majority in their State or Territory of residence at the time of entry (Entrants must be 18 or over in Australia). Entries outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law are void. Employees of Team17 Digital Limited (the “Promoter”), its agencies, contractors and other associated parties, as well as their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate.

By participating in the Contest, entrants (“Entrants”) accept and agree to comply with these Official Rules.

2. Contest Period: The contest opens at 7pm BST (UK time) 3 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm BST (UK time) 8 October 2026.

3. A copy of the Wardogs game is required. Internet access and the means to capture video are required to enter.

4. To enter: During the Contest Period, Entrants must:

Create and share a Wardogs video clip on X, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram including the hashtag #Wardogs100k and tag @wardogs on the relevant platform. Videos may have a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
Visit the URL https://wardogs100k.com and complete the entry form, which will require Entrants to provide their personal details and the URL of their uploaded edit. Entrants must submit the completed entry form before the close of the Contest Period.
Video clips may be unedited gameplay footage or a gameplay edit.
Your entry must be your own original work.
Your entry cannot have been selected as a winner in any other competition.
If your entry contains any licensed material (e.g. assets) you must have obtained all consents, approvals, or licences required for you to submit your entry.
Entrants warrant that their entry is their original work, has not been copied from others without permission or apparent rights, and does not violate the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any other person or entity.
Your entry may not contain, as determined by the Promoter acting reasonably, any content that is obscene or offensive, violent, defamatory, disparaging or illegal, or that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or a particular political agenda, or that communicates messages that may reflect negatively on the goodwill of the Promoter or Wardogs.
Entrants may enter multiple times. Entrants may not enter duplicate entries. Each entry must be a unique video.

5. Prize: One (1) grand prize and 100 finalist prizes are available to be won.

Grand prize (x1): $100,000 USD cash

Finalist prizes (x100): 100,000 units of Wardogs in-game currency

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No equivalent, redemption or substitution will be offered, except at the Promoter’s discretion. In-game currency is non-exchangeable, cannot be purchased in-game, cannot be withdrawn from the game, and has no cash value. There is one single prize pool shared by all countries in the Eligibility Area; there are no individual prize pools per country. Any difference between a stated approximate value of the Prize and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. Transaction fees, FX fees and currency fluctuations will not be compensated for. The $100,000 USD grand prize transfer will be made in USD (US dollar) to whatever receiving bank account is given and, depending on the receiving account, may be automatically exchanged into the bank’s default currency denomination. Finalists must have an active Wardogs account in good standing in order to receive in-game currency.

Approximate value of grand prize in AUD (based on approximate FX rate at the time of publication and subject to fluctuations): A$139,500.

6. Winner selection: This is a skill-based contest.

A judging panel (including an independent judge) will score the 200 shortlisted entries using the criteria below, scoring each criterion out of 10 (for a final score out of 50).

Agency

Demonstrates unique player decision-making, the unexpected, and making something distinctive happen

Action

Demonstrates standout moments; be they skilful plays, explosive action, or mayhem

Combines the elements above in a way that uniquely personifies what Wardogs is

The top 100 highest scored entries by the judging panel (in the event that the 100th highest score is a tie, judges will determine by majority vote) will each receive a finalist prize, and the highest overall scored entry by the judging panel (in the event of a tied highest overall score, judges will determine by majority vote) will receive the grand prize. All prize allocations will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance, as described below.

In the event that fewer than 100 valid entries are received, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate finalist prizes to the total number of valid entries only.

The Promoter will determine all aspects of this Contest, including the assessment and scoring of entries, in accordance with these Official Rules and the criteria set out above, and will do so acting reasonably and in good faith. The judging panel’s scores determine the allocation of prizes. The names of the judges will be made available on request. Correspondence will be entered into only with the Winners, except where an Entrant raises a complaint about the conduct of the Contest. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right an Entrant has to make a complaint or to seek a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

7. Acceptance of the Prize: Each potential Winner will be contacted via the email address provided with their entry, with instructions on how to claim the Prize. The potential Winner must confirm that they accept the prize and may be required to execute and return (where lawful, and if and as required by the Promoter) a Licensing Release, Liability Release and a Publicity Release within three days of initial contact, or the Prize will be forfeited and the Prize may be awarded to the next eligible Entrant. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a Prize, or the Promoter is unable to contact a potential Winner within three days, or in the event that a Prize notification is returned undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and the Prize may be awarded to the next eligible Entrant. The potential Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification, proof of work relating to their entry, and proof of ownership of their entry. No communication from the Promoter constitutes notification of a win unless it expressly confirms the recipient as a verified Winner, and no Entrant has any right or entitlement to a Prize unless and until they are selected and confirmed as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

8. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant they reasonably believe is attempting to fraudulently enter, cheat, or compromise the system either by technical means (e.g. scripting, automation or use of bots to submit entries), or by manipulation, forgery or duplication.

9. Subject to clause 11, no responsibility is accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or otherwise not received for any reason, including as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any failure, outage or disruption of social media platforms or of https://wardogs100k.com. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

10. Personal Information: The Entrant agrees that personal information will be collected and handled by the Promoter (and/or its appointed administrator), stored on the Promoter’s database (and/or that of its appointed administrator), and used for the administration of the Contest for the purpose of taking into consideration the participation in the Contest, the determination of the Winner(s) and the allocation and/or delivery of the Prize. If Entrants have consented to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, Entrants may unsubscribe or opt out of those communications at any time. Entrants may request access to, or correction of, the personal information the Promoter holds about them, and may withdraw any consent given, by sending an email to info@bulkhead.com. The relevant privacy notice can be viewed at https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering this Contest and must not supply any personal or contact details to any site or platform as part of this Contest.

Overseas disclosure: The Promoter is located in the United Kingdom. By entering, Entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be disclosed to, and held by, the Promoter and its appointed administrator outside Australia, including in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. The Promoter will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Complaints: Entrants may complain about the handling of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address above. If an Entrant is not satisfied with the Promoter’s response, the Entrant may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

11. Australian Consumer Law and liability: Nothing in these Official Rules excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on an Entrant by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified (the “Non-Excludable Rights”). If the Promoter is liable for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded but the Promoter’s liability may be limited, the Promoter’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Subject to the Non-Excludable Rights, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, together with any associated agencies, companies and contractors involved in the Contest, is not liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this Contest and/or accepting and/or using the Prize, except to the extent that the loss, expense or damage is caused by the Promoter’s own negligence, breach of these Official Rules, or fraud. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

12. If the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Promoter may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Official Rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the Contest or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter will exercise these rights only to the extent reasonably necessary to address the relevant cause, will publish notice of any cancellation, modification or suspension on https://wardogs100k.com where it is practicable to do so, and will not exercise these rights in a way that unfairly prejudices Entrants who have complied with these Official Rules. This clause does not limit the Non-Excludable Rights.

13. Subject to the Non-Excludable Rights, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations under these Official Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, cyclone, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including, without limitation, any failure, outage, or disruption of social media platforms, https://wardogs100k.com, their servers, or related systems.

14. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any Entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Official Rules, or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

15. Subject to the Non-Excludable Rights and to clause 11, Entrants participate in the Contest at their own risk.

16. Except where prohibited or limited by law, the Winner consents to the Promoter’s and its agencies’ use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and State or Territory for promotion, advertising and marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration. If applicable law requires express consent, such consent will be sought in writing.

18. Winners list: The surnames and States or Territories of the Winners can be obtained by sending a message to wardogs100k@bulkhead.com within three (3) months of the closing date of the Contest Period. Should Entrants wish to withdraw consent for their name and region to be included on any winners list, they must notify the Promoter before the closing date of the Contest Period. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to a regulator or other authority if requested.

19. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with X, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, or their parent companies.

20. If individual provisions of these Official Rules are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Official Rules shall remain unaffected.

21. Governing Law: Any matter not expressly provided for in these Official Rules will be determined by the Promoter acting reasonably and in good faith. Subject to the Non-Excludable Rights, a modification of the Contest made in accordance with clause 12 does not of itself give rise to a right to compensation.

These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties will endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute arising in connection with these Official Rules. In the event of a continuing disagreement regarding the application or interpretation of these Official Rules, and failing an amicable settlement, any dispute may be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales, without prejudice to any right an Entrant has to bring proceedings in the courts of the State or Territory in which the Entrant is resident, and without prejudice to the Non-Excludable Rights.

Official Rules

These official rules are intended for entrants who are legal residents of the United States of America. Legal residents of the states of Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont are excluded from entry and may not enter this Contest.

1. Eligibility: The Wardogs Video Contest is intended for viewing and participation in the United States (excluding the states of Arizona, Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont, open to all other 44 states and the District of Columbia), Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, Spain, Netherlands, Argentina, Czech Republic, Sweden, Ireland, and Austria. Please do not enter if you are not a legal resident of this Eligibility Area. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law and where expressly excluded in these Official Rules. The Contest is open to legal residents of the Eligibility Area who have reached 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater. Entries outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law are void. Employees of Team17 Digital Limited (the “Sponsor”), its agencies, contractors and other associated parties, as well as their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate.

By participating in the Contest, entrants (“Entrants”) unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Contest, selection of the Winners, and the Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.

Entries will be shortlisted by the Sponsor (and 3rd parties if and where required), assessing the suitability and quality of entries that meet the entry requirements using the five criteria described below. 200 shortlisted entries will then be passed to a judging panel to score. Entries that do not meet the entry requirements will not be assessed and will be discarded.

Personal Data: The Sponsor collects the personal information an Entrant provides on the entry form, including name, email address, country and state of residence, and the URL of the entry, together with information necessary to verify eligibility and to award and deliver a Prize (which, for the grand prize, includes government-issued identification, banking details and taxpayer information).

The Sponsor uses this information to administer the Contest, including to determine eligibility, to shortlist and judge entries, to verify and contact potential Winners, to award and deliver Prizes, to meet its tax reporting obligations, and to publish the winners list described in clause 18. The Sponsor discloses this information to its appointed administrator, to the judging panel, and to professional advisers, service providers and government authorities where necessary for those purposes or where required by law. The Sponsor does not sell personal information.

Where an Entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications, the Entrant may withdraw that consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such communication or by writing to info@bulkhead.com.

The Sponsor retains entry information for the duration of the Contest and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes and to comply with its legal and tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Depending on their state of residence, Entrants may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and to appeal a refusal of such a request. Those rights, and how to exercise them, are described in the privacy notice at https://wardogs100k.com/privacy-policy. Requests may also be sent to info@bulkhead.com.

Individuals under 18 years of age may not enter this Contest and must not supply any personal or contact details to any site or platform in connection with it.

11. The Sponsor and together with any associated agencies, companies and contractors in the Contest will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Contest and/or accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Official Rules will exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its fault or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. The Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Official Rules if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including, without limitation, any failure, outage, or disruption of social media platforms, https://wardogs100k.com, their servers, or related systems.

14. The Sponsor may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any Entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Official Rules or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

15. Entrants participate in the Contest at their own risk.

16. Except where prohibited or limited by law, the Winner consents to the Sponsor’s and its agencies’ use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration. If local law requires express consent, such consent will be sought in writing.

17. Tax. All federal, state and local taxes on any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Sponsor will not withhold or deduct any amount from the grand prize except as required by law.

As a condition of receiving the grand prize, the Winner must complete and return a properly executed IRS Form W-9 (or, if the Winner is not a US person for tax purposes, IRS Form W-8BEN) providing the Winner's legal name, address and taxpayer identification number or social security number. A potential Winner who fails to provide a properly completed form within the time specified by the Sponsor will forfeit the grand prize, and the Sponsor may award it to the next eligible Entrant in accordance with clause 6.

The Sponsor will report the approximate retail value of the grand prize to the Internal Revenue Service on IRS Form 1099-MISC and will furnish a copy to the Winner. Where a Winner does not supply a valid taxpayer identification number, the Sponsor is required to apply backup withholding at the applicable statutory rate (currently 24%) and to remit that amount to the Internal Revenue Service, and the Winner will receive the balance. Where a Winner is not a US person for tax purposes, withholding at the applicable statutory rate (currently 30%) may apply.

The finalist prizes consist solely of in-game currency which cannot be purchased in-game, cannot be withdrawn from the game and has no cash value, and are assigned a nil approximate retail value. The Sponsor does not expect to issue a Form 1099-MISC in respect of a finalist prize, but reserves the right to request tax information from any Winner and to report any Prize where required to do so by law.

Each Winner is advised to consult their own tax adviser regarding the tax consequences of accepting a Prize. Nothing in these Official Rules constitutes tax advice.

18. Winners list: The names of the Winners can be obtained by sending a message to wardogs100k@bulkhead.com within three (3) months of the closing date of the Contest Period. Should Entrants wish to withdraw consent for their name and region to be included on any winners list, they must notify the Sponsor before the closing date of the Contest Period. Without prejudice, the Sponsor will provide winner information to national or local authorities if requested.

19. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with X, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, or their parent companies.

20. If individual provisions of these Official Rules are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Official Rules shall remain unaffected.

21. Each Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and the judging panel, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) the Entrant's entry, including any claim that the entry infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy or other right of any person or entity;

(b) any breach or alleged breach by the Entrant of any warranty, representation or obligation in these Official Rules;

(c) the Sponsor's use, reproduction, publication, distribution or display of the entry in accordance with these Official Rules, including any claim brought by a third person who appears, is named, or whose voice, gamertag or likeness is captured in the entry; and

(d) the Entrant's acceptance, receipt, possession or use of any Prize.

This clause survives the end of the Contest Period and the awarding of Prizes.

22. Governing Law and Limitation of Liability: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of an Entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions.

Except where prohibited by law, and as a condition of participating in this Contest, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, collective or representative action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be seated in New York, New York, and judgment on the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This agreement to arbitrate is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction instead of proceeding in arbitration.

Each Entrant waives any right to a trial by jury and any right to participate in a class action in respect of any matter arising out of or connected with this Contest.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no Entrant shall be entitled to, and each Entrant waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or any other damages including attorneys' fees, other than the Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in participating in this Contest, and further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to every Entrant.

If any provision of this clause is held unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of this clause shall continue in effect, save that if the waiver of class, collective or representative actions is held unenforceable, this entire clause shall be void.
